Dover, NH (The Weekly Vice) - Roy Chapman Jr., a 47-year-old New Hampshire man was arrested in the woods after a high school janitor caught him masturbating during the high school's cheerleader practice.
Dover police were dispatched to the school and immediately began a search of the surrounding area after a school janitor caught Chapman masturbating outside the window of the school gym.
He apparently committed the lewd act while gazing at cheerleaders who were practicing inside the gym.
Investigators say Chapman fled into the woods, prompting officers to set up a perimeter around the school in an effort to capture him. K-9 units were also brought in to assist with the capture.
After arresting Chapman, police searched the truck which had been left behind when he tried to flee the scene. Inside, investigators found a small amount of marijuana.
Chapman was booked into jail on charges of felony indecent exposure and lewdness and possession of a controlled substance. The indecent exposure charge was upgraded to a felony due to Chapman's prior conviction of a similar charge.
He was released after posting a $2,500 cash bond.

You know, I know folks are busy during the school year, but to hire someone who's been previously arrested for doing "the same sort of thing" is inexcusable.
Had that been my child -- well, I can't imagine the anger and devastation a parent would feel. But to find out he'd done it before and was hired to work 'round kids again -- unforgivable!
I hope those parents dig and dig until they find out just who dropped the ball here, then act accordingly (and not the "usual" -- a few weeks of paid leave!)
