Melva Wixon Jail Booking Report
St. Petersburg, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Melva Ann Wixon, a 49-year-old St. Petersburg woman was jailed for domestic violence after she poured beer on her boyfriend.
According to police, Wixon arrived at her apartment that she shares with her boyfriend, Eric Hartman, around 7:00 p.m. Tuesday after having a few drinks at a bar to find him sleeping.
Wixon decided to let out a little anger she had been feeling since her boyfriend was making plans to move to Ohio and poured a little beer on his head to wake him up, according to investigators.
Hartman promptly called police, who were quick to arrest Wixon because of her boyfriend’s wet head.
Wixon was booked into the Pinellas County Jail and charged with domestic battery. Bond amount and type of beer were not available..

This is crazy! Of all the sick and twisted stories coming out of Florida, I believe police need to spend their time and taxpayer’s money more wisely.

Considering we just had a guy who pissed on a cop and got away with it lees then a week ago, this is ridiculous!
They should have arrested him for wasting their time and being with that hag in the first place.
I think assault must be too loosely defined if pouring a beer on someone's head can qualify...
And to call the cops about it? Definite bitch move.

This hardly merits jail... Maybe she should be sent to bed without any supper, but jail is a little extreme.
