Jennifer De Roberto Jail Booking Report
Fort Meyers, FL (The Weekly Vice) - Jennifer De Roberto, a 35-year-old Hillsborough County school teacher was arrested Wednesday night after she allegedly drove intoxicated and then urinated in front of onlookers.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's office, deputies were working a traffic accident when De Roberto allegedly failed to move her vehicle over as she passed - nearly striking a deputy at the scene.
When deputies caught up to De Roberto and pulled over, they reportedly detected a strong odor of alcohol and slurred speech.
When the deputy asked if she had been drinking, she reportedly answered no and explained that she was the designated driver. No passengers had been riding with her.
After failing a roadside field sobriety test, she reportedly asked "I'm a good person, why are you doing this to me?" She then asked the deputy to retrieve her cell phone from her car, which he did.
As the deputy was returning with the phone, De Roberto allegedly pulled down her pants, exposing her private parts and urinated in front of a business and onlookers.
Two full bottles and a half-empty bottle of Sutter Home was reportedly found in her car.
De Roberto was booked into the Lee County Jail on charges of indecent exposure in a public place and driving while intoxicated. She was later released on a surety bond.
