Port St. Lucie, FL (The Weekly Vice) – Jason Matthew Werry, a 26-year-old Port St. Lucie man was jailed after he allegedly attacked his father over having to make his own lunch.
According to Port St. Lucie police, Werry got angry at his parents when they made plans to have lunch with his mother’s boss, leaving him at home alone to make his own lunch.
In retaliation, Werry reportedly threw a candle holder at his father, hitting him in the head. His father, having a concealed weapons permit, who then pulled out a gun on his son.
Werry’s girlfriend then tossed him a gun, and he hit his father on the head with the butt of the weapon. The father, Jay Werry, then bit his son on his arm.
Both father and son were taken to the emergency room where they were both treated and released. Werry’s father had several loose teeth and two large gashes on his head that required stitches. Werry got a tetanus shot for a bite wound to his arm before he was taken to jail.
Werry’s family fears that he will kill them all when he gets out of jail, according to investigators
Werry was booked into jail and charged with aggravated domestic battery and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bond amount was not available.

Old beady eyes is a spoiled little shit. He throws a fit when he can't have his way and people don't give him everything he wants. How does he have a girlfriend being that spoiled? and Why couldn't his gun moll girlfriend make him a sandwich.
Dad Werry - Don't pull out a gun for show and tell. Your lucky he didn't shoot you.
Momma Werry - It's to late to save him. You've already spoiled him to the point of not return. Get some distance bettween you and him.

Why didn't he just make his own fucking lunch? He's grown. Nobody should have to make him anything.... Laziness is fucking this country up.

Sorry but the parents don't get a free ride from me. You raise your kid to act that way you deal with the consequences. Too bad the rest of us out here have to as well.
IDA has a point though why isn't the girlfriend charged with arming a known felon? And did she have a concealed carry permit too?

Sounds like a scene out of a western - especially the part where the girlfiend "tossed him a gun." Wow! It's a wonder the other residents in the park didn't hear the ruckus.

I do hope Karma kicks in when this guy goes back to prison and they make him work in the chow hall preparing meals for the other inmates.

Obiviously there are some deeper family issues here. He carried a concealled weapon around his house. Was the weapon intended for use on the son? They beat each other... There is more to this story than we know. -Adam
