William Wright Jail Booking Report
St. Petersburg, FL (The Weekly Vice) - William Wright, a 53-year-old Florida man, was arrested Sunday after he allegedly attached a video camera to his shoe and proceeded to video tape up women's skirts in a St. Petersburg supermarket.
According to St. Petersburg police, Wright went to great lengths to capture upskirt images of various women before a female recognized his activities and informed police.
Investigators say a female witness who had seen Wright video-taping women on two prior occasions, notified management when she recognized him at a Florida Publix Saturday.
Deputies say the woman and a store manager watched Wright as he allegedly looked for women wearing skirts. When Wright found a woman he was interested in photographing, he reportedly followed her to the check out line and then slid his foot under her skirt.
Officers stopped Wright and escorted him back to the store's back office. A search turned up several computer flash drives in his pockets along with a trigger device that activated a video camera in his pants. The camera's lens was attached to Wright's shoe.
Wright was booked into the Pinnelas County Jail on a charge of video voyeurism. He was released a few hours later after posting an undisclosed bond amount.

LOL, this dude has some issues! He is pretty clever though… with the remote trigger and the lens on his thing going on… a true criminal mastermind.
He is pretty inventive. To pull a camera apart and run new wiring from the lens to the camera - and then a trigger into his pocket.
All that work - when there are a billion upskirt pictures online.
I still don't get it.
Must be in it for the thrill. Wouldn't the store need some legal reason to detain him though?
Wow, he goes through all that trouble, rigging up a video system on his shoe, cables and whatnot etc. and doesn't realize that he could go to a adult video arcade and see the same thing? This dude is clearly a tool.
