East St. Louis, IL (The Weekly Vice) - Tony Hickman, a 25-year-old St. Louis man was jailed on accusations he sexually abused and impregnated a 13-year-old girl.
According to detectives, Hickman sexually assaulted the girl for several months beginning in February 2008. The victim was a friend's daughter.
The girl gave birth to his child at the young age of 13.
The girl’s mother did not know about the sexual abuse or that she was even pregnant until the juvenile went into labor, according to investigators.
Hickman denied having sex with the girl and fathering the child, but tests showed he was the father.
Hickman was jailed on charges of sexual abuse of a child under the age of 18 . He is being held on $200,000 dollars bail.

So what kind of low-life mom have a 25-year man hanging out with her 13-year-old daughter and have no clue she was pregnant until she went into labor?

The mother probably knew. That's just her defense.
How could you not notice when someone is pregnant? A mother should also notice when her daughter doesn't have feminine products or wrappers in garbage. I'm assuming they didn't live in a big house since they are poor trash. If the girl had her own bathroom and did up her own garbage, then I could see missing that fact. But come on! The emotions, the eating, the bulge...glance at your daughter GEEZ!
Well, maybe this guy was hanging around his friend and his daughter just happened to be around.
The girl's mother didn't know, because, if you think really hard, the girl was WITH HER FATHER AT THE TIME(a.k.a."Hickman's friend"/ the girl's mother's baby daddy). That's just my theory anyway....
Hickman could have been living there, the father could have had custody, and/or the girl's mother could simply be oblivious to her daughter's "time of the month". Some women don't even get them every month, especially at a young age.
why are people ragging on the victim and her mother?? focus on the perpetrator! and maybe the mother didn't know her daughter was pregnant because she is obese or gave birth early, or both.
