Gregory Gibson Jail Booking Report
New Port Richey, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Gregory John Gibson, a 50-year-old Florida man was arrested Monday after he allegedly beat his mother with a lamp, chased her to another room, and then beat her in the head with a lamp again.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Gibson had been drinking all day when he approached his mother in the living room and broke a lamp over her head. He then reportedly chased her from the living room to her bedroom where he proceeded to beat her with a ceramic lamp.
Investigators say deputies arrived to find the victim, Ruth Gibson, bleeding from several cuts to hear skull. She also suffered from multiple other contusions and bruises to her body.
Ms. Gibson was rushed to an area hospital where she stopped breathing before hospital staff worked to bring her back to life. Her condition was not available at the time of this report.
Gibson was booked into the Pasco County Jail on a charge of aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older. His bail was set at $10,000.

Wow. 50 years old, nothing better to do all day than drink beer and attack your senior citizen mom? She's probably been providing for your freeloading ass forever. I have a feeling he still lived at home too. What a loser.
He probably just wants the house to himself and nature just isn't working fast enough for him. Ol' Mom is hanging in there too long and it is messing up his dating life. At 50, most women don't want to hear... come on baby... lets go back to Moms place... and get it on!
If all of florida's citizens could be melded into one single persona.... and average, if you will, of all people.
I suspect Gibson would be that person.
