Albert Ballough Jail Booking Report
Holiday, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Albert Ballough, a 94-year-old Florida man was arrested Sunday after he allegedly masturbated in front of a 3-year-old toddler.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, Ballough was on his porch masturbating in front of a 3-year-old boy who was in his driveway.
Deputies were dispatched to Ballough's home after the child's mother witnessed the alleged act and called 911. The boy's mother told deputies Ballough waved at her son while masturbating.... and her son waved back.
Ballough was booked into the Pasco County Jail on a charge of committing a lewd and lascivious act. His bond was set at $10,000.

Here is another photo of "Albert Ballough" who stated that the 3-year-old toddler was mistaken for that muscley armed paperboy.
Yeah Ida family guy was the first thing to come to mind on this one.
At 94 he probably has dementia and no clue as to what he did wrong.
