....And 46 Other Arrests Since 1995
Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Patrick Arnet Foster, a 44-year-old Florida man was arrested Friday after he attempted to throw a brick at his wife because she refused to fetch him a beer. A little girl sitting nearby was injured by broken glass when the brick struck a window.
According to the Tampa Police Department, Foster became angry with his wife when she refused to fetch him a beer. He then threw a brick at her in retaliation, but missed.
Investigators say the brick smashed into a window, sending shards of glass flying. The glass struck a 3-year-old girl who was sitting in a chair nearby.
Foster was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, felony child abuse and disorderly intoxication. Bail was not offered on the aggravated assault charge, however bail was set at $2,250 on the other two charges.
Speaking of charges......
Obviously from the mugshots above, Foster is no stranger to Tampa authorities who have arrested him approximately 46 times since 1995. In most instances, Foster was jailed on multiple charges ranging from drug possession to domestic violence.

46 arrests! He has proven he can't live in a civilized society. Buy him an eyepatch and send him to Somalia. He can be a pirate there.

Obviously the woman did not do her homework before she married this one.
Either that or she really has a lot of faith in her ability to reform losers.

She didn't mind getting him the beer. The part she hated was when she brought it he would scratch her head and say in a falsetto voice, "Who's a good girl, Who's a good girl, yes she is, Oooh yes your a good girl..."

What happened to 3 strikes and you're out ? This guy has used up almost 2 baseball teams worth of strikes!
The bail is only $2250.00. I think the judge is thinking if he makes bail low enough maybe he'll just leave the state and be someone elses problem
