Santa Ana, CA (The Weekly Vice) - Naomi Perez, a 33-year-old teacher at Saddleback High School has been arrested for having sex with a student. The alleged sexual relationship was discovered after Perez vandalized the student's car.
According to Orange County prosecutors, Perez repeatedly engaged in a sexual relationship with a male student between June 1st and August 27 of 2007.
Investigators say the relationship between the boy and Perez came to an end on August 26th. That's when Perez allegedly vandalized the boy's vehicle while it was parked outside a family member's home.
Investigators discovered the alleged relationship while investigating the reported vandalism which rendered the victim's car scratched and dented.
Perez, who resides in Brea, was booked into jail on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse, oral copulation of a minor and sexual penetration by foreign object of a minor. She was released after posting a $50,000 bond.
Perez was originally placed on administrative leave before she was ultimately terminated on October 13th.

Is it just me or are the 16 year-old boys being less discerning these days?
" ... sexual penetration by foreign object of a minor." The way this is worded conjures up all sorts of weird images, and I'm sober. Did she penetrate the minor with a foreign object? Did the minor's foreign object penetrate her? I'm a little baffled here. Anyone care to enlighten me on this one?

Agreed, Bland and this woman are both eye sores. What is going on with this lady though… she is a true psycho! The boy is lucky he didn’t go home to find his dog boiling on the stove Fatal Attraction style.
How refreshing, in a complete change of pace its the perv teacher that blows the affair wide open.
Oddly enough no texts,emails or nasty photos were used in the capture of the alleged molester.

The school was suspicious when he went from being a straight "A" student to an "F" student once he started dating a cheerleader.

Their relationship took place two years ago, not earlier this year. She has been apparently chasing him for the last two years and it wasn't until she vandalized his car this year that anything was reported to police and it most likely only came out because the kid had to explain why a teacher was all psycho for him.
I find this hard to believe, because she was my teacher last year. But at the same time I had noticed that she could've cared less for the female students in our class. Not to mention that for some strange reason the football players had the highest grades in class even though they did none of the homework and failed all the tests. I guess you never really know people.
obviously no one actually realizes what happened. 1) She was a special ed teacher 2) the student in question was NOT a special ed student therefore she couldn't have taught him which wouldn't have made a change in his grades whatsoever.
Also this relationship took place at the end of his senior year (2007) and then continued for 2 more years. He JUST broke off the relationship with her. Also this car that she vandalized was a car that she bought him/her boyfriend.
I agree that it was complete stupidity for her to engage in a relationship with him while he was in school... they should have held off for a few more months..however people are making too big of a deal out of this. He was 17... I'm pretty sure he knew what he was doing and used her to get a car out of the deal.

And to be accurate, I hear the car actually belonged to his mother. A point that's been confirmed in the media a couple of times.

Perez used to be one of my continuation school teacher last year... She was very pretty .. Tatted up rockabilly and everything... I don't understand why she would b stupid enough to screw a teenager
I met this chick about 9 years ago and she was a looney back then! She faked pregnancies, stalked her boyfriend who eventually came out of the closet.... She would blow up on the old yahoo rockabilly groups and made many enemies. When we heard about her teaching at a local school me and 3 friends PREDICTED this would happen. My nephew was in drama at the time and somehow she be-friended him and I told my sister to make sure he never brought her home. She was known to hang out with the kids. We were right about her. It's just sad that the last person she stalked was a KID!
She was crazy. I met met her when I was a freshman in high school. She used to teach at the same high school I attended. I would always party with her, always bought me alcohol. I never liked the fact that she would get completely naked in front of me and start blowing guys right then and there. Some things should stay hidden. She would cycle through bipolar stages in a matter of seconds, from crying to furious and then horney. Weirdo. I've always known she's screwed around with students and other underage dudes. I guess she likes greaser/psychobilly ass!
