Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Delta Tanner, a 35-year-old Florida woman was arrested Friday after she allegedly gave her 14-year-old daughter marijuana and a bong to smoke it in.
According to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Office, a 14-year-old girl returned home to her father looking rather stoned after visiting her mother's home over the weekend.
The father took his daughter to the hospital for a drug screen, which turned out positive for marijuana.
Deputies interviewed the teen's mother, Delta Tanner, who admitted to providing marijuana and the bong to her daughter.
Tanner was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on charges of child neglect, possession of cannabis and possession of drug paraphernalia. Her bond was set at $3,000.
This is a second go-around for Tanner, who was arrested for possession back in 2006.

Damn! My mom at least waited until my 18th birthday to buy me a bong! My dad also refused to smoke with me until then, even though I found it for them more then once. Nowadays we have the best and most expensive Thankgivings (lol).

There was also a birthday cake and ice cream but they got the munchies and scarfed it down.

Look another Mother of the year nominee. You have to wonder how it will affect the kid when a parent has total disregard for the law and includes her daughter in her criminal activities.

I don't know Rebecca. I'll have to disagree on that one. Show me a home where the parent is giving kids drugs and I'll show you a home that's mighty disfunctional.
Since she's been using since at least 2006, I'd say the only reason the daughter would WANT to do that is because she's grown up seeing her mother use.
It's been 15 years since I've had a drug, but when I did, there certainly was no way I'd be doing it in front of my kids.
I'm just wondering how she gets a brush through that barbed wire that is her hair?
I cant believe this even made any kind of news at all.
waaaah, waaah, waah, she smoked a bit of dope with her daughter, and a spiteful ex drug tests his daughter and busts the mother.
There goes any trust the daughter had for her father. it is done, and he is an asshole. She will always remember it, and her mother wont let her forget it either. ANYTIME a parent drug tests their child, it never leads to anything positive.
