Syracuse, New York (The Weekly Vice) - Katie Parker, a 20-year-old Syracuse woman was arrested after she and her husband, Scott Parker, allegedly had sex in front of two young boys before engaging in sexual contact with them.
According to Syracuse police, Parker invited two boys (ages 9 and 12) to the home she shared with her husband, 19-year-old Scott Parker.
While the two boys were inside the home, Katie and Scott Parker allegedly had sex in front of the two boys and later had sexual contact with them. The alleged sexual contact was reported to police about a week later.
Investigators say the boys were neighbors with the couple, who have since split-up and moved out of the Syracuse residence.
Katie Parker was booked into jail on a charge of felony child abuse and child endangerment.
Scott Parker has not yet been charged, but detectives are attempting to locate him for questioning.

Maybe when she was looking at the boys the two blurred into a 21 year old, give her a break! lol
If anybody on here has eyes like that could you please tell me WHERE THE HELL I AM SUPPOSED TO LOOK WHEN I AM TALKING TO YOU! It makes me a nervous wreck trying to guess.
Maybe some famous movie directors could throw their weight behind having her charges dropped.
It's not like she DRUGGED the kids before she sexed 'em. She's practically a humanitarian.

Supposedly there is an issue of diminished capacity for both adults(3 if you use the woman's eyes)...
These people had too much time on their hands.
