Corey Munn Jail Booking Report
St. Petersburg, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Corey Robert Munn, a 40-year-old Florida man was arrested Tuesday on charges he repeatedly had sex with woman without ever telling her he had HIV.
According to the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office, Munn engaged in a consensual sexual relationship with a woman for 18 months while neglecting to tell her he was infected with the HIV virus.
Deputies also charged Munn in connection to two incidents of domestic battery and witness tampering involving the same woman.
Dunn was booked into the Pinellas County Jail on charges of unlawful acts/sexual disease, battery, failure to appear/battery, tampering with a witness and violation of pretrial release. He was released after posting a $5,005 bond.

I just posted something on the forum about another guy in St. Louis who did this. Seriously, all the more reason to WRAP IT UP!
why did bail get set so low? I think scum like this should be charged with attempted murder.
Hrdcore - actually, in a lot of places, you CAN be charged with attempted murder or manslaughter if you have sex (or exchange sexual fluids, i.e. oral sex, anal sex, etc) and are aware that you have HIV/AIDS. It just may not be on the books in this particular county.
All the more reason they should be allowed to tattoo HIV infected people 3" above the genitals with a small red stop sign. It couldn't be seen in public and would save alot of lives. JMO
Understand that Rebecka. But it is such a low life thing to do to another human being. I would think the prosecutors would ask for the maximum they could. And I doubt the amount posted was. Hope he gets put down I mean away for a long time.
I happen to know this couple and while this incident took place a couple years ago, i'd like to let everyone know they are still together. While I agree with every other post that this was a pretty low down thing he could do to another person, his girlfriend ended up dropping the charges against him. It's a strange, strange world.
