Hamilton, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) - Asuncion "Suzie" Avila-Villa, a 25-year-old Ohio woman was indicted Monday on charges that she killed her 5-week-old son and then stuffed him into a garbage can because he was conceived while having sex with a minor.
A Butler County grand jury returned an indictment Monday charging Avila-Villa with aggravated murder, endangering children, gross abuse of a corpse, tampering with evidence and unlawful sexual conduct involving a minor.
According to Hamilton police, Avila-Villa reported to police that her baby had been taken by a former boyfriend and had not been returned. Investigators found the infant the next day stuffed inside a trash can in an alley behind her apartment.
Investigators say an autopsy revealed the child died of a crushed skull, along with contributing factors of a broken arm and low body weight due to malnourishment.
Prosecutors believe the infant was conceived during a sexual relationship between Avila-Villa and a 14 year old boy that occurred between September and November 2008.
"The Facts and details of the murder of this innocent child are unexplainably horrifying and clearly support the indictment that the grand jury handed down," said Butler County Prosecutor, Robin Piper.
Prosecutors believe Avila-Villa murdered the child in order to avoid unlawful sexual conduct charges. If convicted, Avila-Villa may face the death penalty. Bail was set at a million dollars.

It's cases like this that really get me thinking... Whatever happened to hard labor? The death penalty is an easy escape for this killer whale. She should be spending the rest of her life scrubbing the insides of prison urinals from dawn 'til dusk. Then again, life sentences hardly ever really mean a person spends their entire life in prison. Find a land fill and bury her under the dirty diaper section.

Best punishment for this sack of garbage would be the old Edgar Allan Poe - wall her up alive, she'll spend over a week dying, too quick in my view, but it would have to do.
If she did life in prison they should pipe in the sound of a crying baby 24-7.
i doubt she will get the needle, but being both a child rapist and killer..she wont have pleasant life long stay

It's sad to say... but that baby probably would have lived a sad existence full of abuse and neglect.

For those unfamiliar with the gangsta world. The teardrop tatoo on her cheek signifies she has killed someone. Whether the tat is for her kid or another murder I can't say. That she is a piece of sh*t I can and will say.
Her appearance looks as if she may be incompetent to stand trial. Seriously, she has a down syndrome appearance about her. Not saying she isnt a piece of trash for what she has done, but perhaps she has retardation, or she will use it as an excuse.

Anon - I can see what you're saying...but I don't think she has Down's. And not just because a lot of people with Down's are often sterile. I just don't quite see it.
Even if she is legally retarded, that's never seemed to bother our legal system before. We've convicted and put to death countless numbers of people with IQs low enough to qualify them as mildly to severely retarded.
All the same, I doubt that she'd be deemed unfit to stand trial. She showed clear deliberation and forethought in the commission of the actual crime, which was obviously devised to get around being charged with a sex crime, as well as in her attempts to deceive the officers who questioned her about the missing baby.
She might be an idiot, but she's not so stupid that she can't plan and lie about a murder - and that's good enough for the court.
Prison system is ridiculous.Do they really get to watch tv and have a computer and pornography magazines?
Thats a great idea-letting sex offenders have porno magazines to encourage their disturbed mindset more.
In prison there should be no computers allowed-i dont care if the family or whoever pays for them-they shouldnt be allowed.Maybe only communal ones they can use once a week with supervision.Also gang members should be seperated if they already arn't.All pornography should be removed.The only programs allowed on the tvs that are permissable should be focused on family values,the pain that victims go through,victims stories etc.There should be classical music,relaxation music,country ballads playing gently over the sound systems for many hours during the day.Those who benefit from it should have hard labour.They should all do labour/crafts which are sold and given to victims of crimes-building furniture etc.
There should be alot of alone time to think about what theyve done and also a lot of therapy,programmes presentations etc to address the pain of victims of crimes,their stories,why the prisoner became the way they did,how to change thinking.feelings/perceptions/self control etc.
If tax payers have to pay to hold people in prisons then everyday things should be done consistantly to bring reform to them.
I dont think she has down syndrome although i understand what you mean.
I think instead she has deep emotional/psych problems plus i would assume a lack of healthy eating/lack of nutrients that has accumalated as a very sluggish,lethargic,depressed look.
I'd guess she probably does have malfunctions/decifiencies in brain chemicals and hormones but what she done was premeditated.Alot of criminals possibly have some physical dysfunctions to some degree but i guess its up to the courts to decide where does one draw the line about that being a defense.
If i was on sitting on the jury though and the defense attempted to say she was not responsible because she had something like downs syndrome i thing those scary tattoos on her face and neck would quickly convince me otherwise
Eastside, I was thinking along the same lines as you. I bet she got that teardrop after she killed the baby. I don't think she looks like she has downs, she just looks a bitch that's saying "yeah, I did it, so what."
I hope she's killed in prison.
