Lake Villa, Illinois (The Weekly Vice) - Cori Rivelli, a 26-year-old therapist at Kids Hope United in Lake Villa, Illinois was arrested Thursday on charges of having sex with a 14-year old boy she was employed to council.
According to police, Rivelli - who is a councilor employed by the special needs organization, Kids Hope United, repeatedly had sex with a teen boy who was under her care.
Investigators say Rivelli had sex with the boy on several occasions over the summer at her Libertyville apartment after she picked him up from the facility to visit his parents.
The alleged sexual activity came to light after staff workers overheard both the victim and Rivelli talking to others about the the sexual encounters. Rivelli also reportedly told a co-worker about the alleged relationship.
The employees contacted the Department Of Children And Family Services and police, while placing Rivelli on administrative leave.
Rivelli was booked into the Lake County Jail on a charge of criminal sexual assault in lieu of a $200,000 bond. She is scheduled to make a first appearance on Tuesday.

Don't what else to say. Pretty sad when you are out molesting special needs kids. This can't be about sex - it has to be a control thing. I'd have to think she could get laid if she wanted to. She isn't pretty, but she isn't ugly either.

For a youngish woman,she's not aging very well. From looking at the mugshot pic,she's developing a case of the horse head syndrome. She appears to be a bit greasy and used up/washed up too. I guess all those years spent as a party tart has taken its toll on her.
Redneck - to be fair, the term "special needs" can refer to an array of different things, not just afflictions that relate directly to developmental disabilities (autism, mental retardation, etc). He could have, for example, been a former drug addict, or have problems controlling his anger.

ive known cori is was more friends with her sister though. she is a beautiful girl. anyone of you get arrested and put under a bunch of stress and take a picture and see how it turns out. everyone makes mistakes, some people just dont get caught. all of you people are telling me youve never done anything wrong in you entire life. im sure she knows what she did was wrong and she knows shes going to have to suffer the consequences. and i also know she is very sorry for what happened. anyone of you put up some of your deepest darkest secrets and let us all comment on that and see how you feel.

Most people do have hang ups, habits or bad practices.

A very humbling experience, I am sure, to be put on this site. Like for a woman, the word devastation comes to mind. However, it is not the end of the world. May feel like it for the moment but it's not.
Today is a new day. What we did in the past may bear consequences but if we wake up in the morning to see a new day, we are given another chance to make a change and make a difference.

I know someone who is 22 years old and she is having sex and is in a relationship with a 17 year old boy. In the state of Wisconsin, age of sexual consent is 18. HIS parents are okay with it. Even though his parents are okay with it, is this relationship still illegal? Can I report this and press charges for having sex with a minor? Or do the parents have to report it?

Yes, you can report it. If no one is willing to cooperate (either of the individuals or the parents) it's going to be tough to prove.

Fisrt of all there is 1 minor thing that is getting overlooked. We are talking about KIDS! Let me repeat myself again....KIDS. We are not talking about a 17 or 18 yr old. We are talking about 13, 14, 15 yr olds. I don't care how grown up boys think they are or how soon they are having sex. These are BOYS. Kids who are there for a reason. TO GET HELP. A mistake is a mistake and should be forgiven absolutly, but she has been doing this from JUMP STREET. 2 yrs, so who knows how many more of these poor boys she messed with. These boys should be our priority. I honestly could care less about what happens to her. God will deal w her, but these kids already need so much help, and now after this......who knows.....its the boys I feel sorry for and who need our attention. Not CORI RIVELLI.
And really, what kind of person who is getting laid by VERY ATTRACTIVE men, go around sleeping with 14 yr old boys???? She needs help also, and for her and her families sake, I hope she gets it!!!
