Christopher Fears MySpace ProfileGolf Manor, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) - Christopher Ryan Fears, a 29-year-old Ohio man was arrested Friday on charges that he raped a 14-year-old girl who is now pregnant. Told mother he'd fix things with an abortion....
According to the Golf Manor Police, Fears told them and the teenager's mother that he "made a mistake" when he had sex with the girl back on May 15.
Investigators say the allegations came to light after the teen told her mother she had become pregnant after Fears had raped her. When the teen's mother confronted Fears over the allegations, he explained that he was drunk when the sexual assault occurred.
He then attempted to pacify the teen's mother by offering to pay for an abortion, according to the arrest report.
Unimpressed, the teens mother filed a complaint with the Golf Manor Police Department. Fears also called the chief of police whereby he reportedly admitted to the sexual assault and asked what he could do to get the charges lowered.
Fears was booked into the Hamilton County Jail on charges of statutory rape. Bond was set at $100,000.

How come there isnt a regular rape charge or additional charges? Reading the story it doesnt appear she was consenting regardless of age.

Now theres an idea. Call the cops ahead of your arrest and get the charges reduced. Poor kid at least the mother didn't defend the guy like half of them do.

And yes, all races have them, including my own race. Which is why I find it so ironic that we are allowed to insult people of our own race, but not others, because then we are racists.
If I dared to call an asshat like this a "n***er", I'd be labeled a nazi, skinhead, or something else equally offensive. I'm not any of those things. Hell, I've dated women of seven different races and loved them all. But if I call another white man a stupid cracker or whatever, I'm just saying what everyone else is thinking. And if I dare to point out my best friend is black, I get accused of having a "token" black friend. I say bullshit.
I should be allowed to insult anyone of any race in any manner I want. If the other races can do it, I can to. Farrakahn (or however you spell it) is one of the most racist people alive, but you almost never hear him called on it, and I have NEVER heard another black person call him racist.
It's funny how it is near close to impossible to have a discussion about race in this country without violence and threats - and we haven't had slavery around here in quite some time. I even have to self-censor my musings here. (See the "n***er" above.)
