Waltham, Mass. (The Weekly Vice) - Ashley Servant, a 22-year-old Massachusetts woman was arrested Tuesday after witnesses say she delivered a baby smack-down during a visit to a doctor's office.
According to Waltham Police, Servant was at a doctor's office with a friend when she repeatedly slapped a baby so hard a witness in the waiting room began crying. The doctor was so offended, he kicked Servant out of his office.
Officers that were dispatched to the doctor's office found Servant out in the parking lot after she was expelled from the building.
Investigators say she told them she pushed the baby's hands away after the child grabbed at her facial piercings.
Witnesses inside the waiting room, however, described a completely different scene. They told officers they heard several hard slaps and saw Servant shake the child as the baby cried hysterically.
One woman told officers she "was so upset at the time she began to cry and couldn't believe what was happening," according to the arrest report.
The doctor who was treating Servant's friend stated he was examining the patient with Servant and the child behind him when he "heard two loud slaps".
The doctor turned around and demanded Servant leave the examining room.
Servant, who has three children and is pregnant with a fourth, has had two children removed from her care in the past, according to court records.
Servant was booked into jail on charges of assault and battery and reckless endangerment of a child. Her pretrial hearing has been set for Oct. 8.

Ok. I totally understand that the courts want to keep families together whenever possible. I do.
But given the fact that she previously her her kids taken away, and given the fact that she now has abused them AGAIN (this time in front of some people who deserve a kudos, although I would have hit her)I sincerely hope the courts see the light of day and take away all of her kids, including the one she is preggers with.

This is my sister and just to update you and give you correct information. She is pregnant with her 5th child 3 were taken away. They are planning on giving this child back to her and her unborn child. She belongs in jail and I hope that where she ends up
My sister is a horrible mother she does drugs and pawns her babies off on everyone else and she wont let me take care of any of them and I am willing to she retarded and all 5 kids have different dads and when she had the kids the dads were 15 or 16.

Wow thought I had read bull shit before but def see now that people can obv put out more. Call DCF on her, she has a record with them a mile long! She has custody of 2 of her what...6-7 kids? She's a beast. If you are serious and not playing with people do what's right for your son and report her....if you are a good parent DCF will give the baby to you.
