Norfolk, Virginia (The Weekly Vice) - Jesse Lee Wise, a 25-year-old Nevada man, was arrested after driving 2500 miles to Virgina to have sex with a 13-year-old girl he met on MySpace.
Authorities say it all started in the spring of 2008 when Wise befriended a thirteen-year-old Norfolk, Virginia girl over MySpace; however, it wasn't until this May that the conversation allegedly took an illegal turn. Wise asked the girl to have sex with him and told her he was willing to take a bus to come meet her. That's when the girl's mother intervened and had investigators take over the role of the underage girl.
Investigators say Wise boarded a Greyhound bus and traveled 2,500 miles from Las Vegas to Norfolk, ostensibly to meet his pen pal for intercourse.
Police believe he slept in the woods just outside of the girl's family's property line in Chesapeake, all while keeping in contact with her via text messaging and a nearby library computer. It was at that library, July 17th, that Wise was apprehended by police while he was engaged in a chat conversation with police who continued to pose as the teen girl.
He was initially busted on state charges, but when government agents learned that Wise was found with a return bus ticket in the girl's name, the court agreed to upgrade them to federal charges of attempting to entice a minor across state lines for the purposes of sex.
In a twist to the case, The Weekly Vice has discovered state records which show Wise was released from prison in January of 2007 after serving three years for burglary, forgery and trespassing. He was also disciplined in jail for assault, theft and a negligent death.

This is one incredibly sick puppy! If he's willing to jump on a Greyhound, ride for a couple of days with the folks that frequent that mode of transportation, and then camp out near the young lady's house, she must have something going for her, or he's incredibly stupid. I don't think I'd go that far for an adult woman,(I'm sure I could find someone closer to home!?)But to go that far for a child!? Sick, sick, sick!!!
He looks like a younger version of George Bush.
