James McDonald Jail Booking Report
Leesburg, FL (TWV) – James McDonald, a 35-year-old Florida man was arrested Thursday on charges he molested a 10-year-old girl while other children watched.
According to the Lake County Sheriff’s Office, the alleged victim told them that while McDonald babysat, he raped her on a number of occasions, showed her porn movies, and drew black dots on her pubic area to simulate hair in front of other children.
McDonald reportedly admitted to drawing on the child, but denied touching the victim “in a sexual way.”
Police say the victim was able to describe the acts in great detail. She says McDonald told her “not to say anything or he would go to jail.” Despite the threats, she allegedly did tell her mother.
The girl reportedly told police that her mother told her the sex acts were just a dream. Investigators say the mother told them that she didn’t know whether to believe her child or not.
An examination of the child was conducted which confirmed the child's allegations, according to the arrest affidavit.
Despite deputies fears that the mother would not protect the child if McDonald is released, Florida DCF returned the girl to her mother. The deputies also say there is reason to believe that the mother knew of the abuse and failed to protect the child.
McDonald was booked into the Lake County Jail on three charges of capital sexual battery, lewd and lascivious molestation, two charges of lewd and lascivious exhibition, and a single charge of distribution of harmful material. Bond has not yet been established.

This lowlife needs to be taken out and shot. If the mother knew this was going on and turned away from this child,she needs to be shot also.Problem solved forever...

Florida DCF acts just like Arizonas CPS. Keep giving the kid back until its dead.
Somehow we should make these government employees criminally responsible for their actions.Especially when the cops who were on the scene tell them their is evidence to suggest the mother is in on the crime. As for perv boy and mama I agree with all previous suggestions.
So where's the story about the mom being charged with child neglect?

Please tell me this mother has been named, and shamed, at the very least.
Or is she on a data-base, where the police, child services, teachers, concerned neighbours, caring relatives, watchful journalists and curious readers can monitor this feral dumbass and prevent future idiotic behaviour. No? We don't have anything like that? We keep a library book a day too long, or we're a month late on a car payment, or behind in rent, or run a stop sign, we are blacklisted and everyone can read about it. And we can never loan a book, rent a house or buy a car ever again.
How about we all push for a published list of every person charged with child abuse or neglect? One that is national and updated frequently - so these people are constantly paying for their disgusting behaviour.
Similar to the paedophile list. Or the Amber alert. Or Megan's Law.
At present, these POS slip past and are not held accountable for long enough. The poor little kids suffer for their entire lives. Make the adults pay for life as well.
Is it just me, or do most of these types listed on this site have serious hair issues?
Oh, and yes, the mother needs to be thrown in prison along with her odd looking BF.
