Orlando, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -David Shapiro, a 41-year-old Orlando, Florida man was arrested for exposing himself to swimming children.According to the Sheriff's Department, Shapiro was seen exposing himself and masturbating in front of children at two-- count 'em, two-- International Drive hotels near Walt Disney World.
The first alleged act of indecency occurred at Enclave Hotel and Suites. Shapiro's arrest report claims he sat around the pool for 30 minutes, alternately exposing his penis and playing with it as children passed by.
Instead of holding him until police arrived, guests alerted hotel management and sent camera phone photos to an Orange County Sheriff.
The Orange County Sheriff’s Office Sexual Squad then set up a stakeout operation, following Shapiro to the International Plaza Resort and Spa later that week, where he parked himself down by the children's pool.
Although they lay in wait as Shapiro allegedly pleasured himself while fully dressed in front of a 15-year-old girl and her mother, the moment Shapiro dropped trou, he was grabbed by an officer and taken into custody. It was his 14th arrest in the past 17 years, with most of the charges for public indecency, indecent exposure, and stealing.
This latest crime has him cited for lewd and lascivious exhibition in front of a minor less than 16 years of age.

What is up with these people? No, not (alleged) pedos like Shapiro... I'm talking about the morons who let this guy on for half an hour. No one worth a grain of chlorine should have sat there for more than half a second before taking action. How the hell did this go on for so long, in front of witnesses and traumatized children?
There's something in the water in this town, and it's not a Baby Ruth.

I can't understand why the guy is on the street. 14 arrests in 17 years should have got him 25 for being a habitual criminal. Or does Florida not have a law like that?
As for his exposing problem I can fix that. Snip! Nothing left to show, problem solved.
So here's what I got from this article...
It is evidently perfectly acceptable for Floridians to pleasure themselves in front of minors, as long as their pants are still on.
Can we please just blow that state up and start over?

I don't think people realize how often pedos go to the pool... endless kids wandering around in wet bathing suits.
Between that and having to worry about what someone might leave in the pool, I have no desire to go there

I refuse to go to public pools and such! Not only are they full of sickos they are nasty anyway! Think of how many kids have pissed in that pool water you are swallowing? Yuck!!! I will go to a creek or even a river if it is clean enough before I go to a public pool. Much cleaner and colder too!!!
