Phoenix, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) -- Jonathan Hock, a 20-year-old man who operates a pop culture show with his own fan base, was arrested Monday after he allegedly raped an unconscious woman while broadcasting it live on a popular web hosting site.
According to Phoenix police, Hock set up a web cam built into his laptop computer, logged onto a live-video hosting site and then sexually assaulted a woman as she lay in bed unconscious. The woman said she didn't become aware of the assault until a friend text messaged her about the video.
Investigators say the alleged incident occurred in late February at about 5:00 a.m. The woman had been asleep for approximately 6 hours after attending a party when the attack occurred. During the video, Hock reportedly bragged about his ability to perform various sex acts on her as she slept. Hock and the victim had reportedly been dating for about two weeks.
Police say they received complaints from viewers who had seen the video shortly after it was posted, but they were unable to identify the source of the video until the victim filed a complaint. Detectives arrested Hock shortly after viewing the 5 minute video.
Hock, who lives with his mommy - Jenna Cummings - was arrested on two counts of sexual assault, kidnapping and surreptitious video taping.

This is unbelievable-how could they let people even rapists have computers in jail?
What the hell is wrong with the jail system?Prisons meant to be for punishment,insight and reform-not for watching tv and using computer.
This is really sick-do they let rapists and sex offenders watch porn movies or porn videos on their computers while they're in jail too?They're never going to see that they've done anything wrong and that their perceptions/thinking is wrong if the prisons let this happen.They might as well just open the gates and let all the prisoners out because when they come out their going to be exactly the same as when they went in if not worse.
Prisons need to get rid of ALL the pornography,all the computers and only have tv for educational programmes.
Prisoners should be doing much hard work and lots of alone time to reflect on their crimes,therapy,hearing testimonies from victims etc.

Ok. I'm sure y'all will blast me for this but if they were in a steady relationship and had sex on a regular basis this is NOT rape. The only crime in case they were in a consensual sexual relationship is that he broadcast it without her consent. Asshole-yes. Rapist-probably not.

Ive known who john hock is for about...5 years. i used to talk to him everyday not even on a sexual note, just friends. i would talk to him til likr 7am if he was having a bad day, as would he for me..monthes starting passing and the "scene" started. and he was famous. rumors, shows, girls, drugs, thats when i stopped talking to him cuz he was acting like a kid...but i can tell you hed never do that to a girl on web camera, the kids broke he cant afford a lawyer..and you know how many scene kids r in the world? probably just another fake kid..maybe id have to see the video but i dont beleieve it for one second he gets hacked all the time. no justice at all, but hey coming from someone who knows whats going on in his head...maybe jail will help him a bit.
