Bonita Springs, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Four tweedle-dumbs were arrested Saturday night after an angry mob of trailer park dwellers attacked deputies who were called to assist an intoxicated man.
According to the Lee County Sheriff's Office, deputies were dispatched to the Manna Christian Mobile Home Park about 7:30 p.m. in response to a medical assistance call.
When deputies and paramedics arrived on scene they attempted to assist an intoxicated man, later identified as 18-year-old Oscar Garcia. When medics attempted to treat Garcia, he began punching and kicking at the EMS worker. Garcia reportedly ignored orders to stop, kicking one of the deputies several times in the leg.
Deputies were attempting to pull Oscar Garcia off the medic, when 41-year-old Jaime Garcia became involved in the confrontation by striking a deputy in the shoulder. Deputies say Oscar Garcia continued kicking, rendering them unable to bring either man under control.
As the confrontation dragged on, a crowd of 40 - 60 people gathered at the scene, expressing hostility towards the deputies. Deputies called for backup as the angry mob began taking up golf clubs and sticks as makeshift weapons.
When backup arrived, the crowd was pushed back away, allowing deputies to bring Oscar Garcia under control. It was then Esther Garcia entered the fray by attempting to pull the deputy away from Garcia. A crowd onlooker, 30-year-old Jose Hilario, refused orders to back away, earning himself a resisting/obstruction charge.
Oscar Garcia was charged with battery on an officer/firefighter/emt. Jaime Garcia was charged with battery on an officer/firefighter/emt and resisting arrest w/ violence. Esther Garcia was charged with battery on an officer/firefighter/emt and resisting arrest w/ violence.
All four were booked into the Lee County Jail and have since been released.

Even the most ardent CopAssKisser knows there is no way someone is going to kick a cop several times without extreme violence being brought upon them.

Again no mention of the brutal beat down that would have been given for such an act? C'mon the tasers woulda been singin and the batons woulda been swingin.
I say we keep, and eye on this story, and watch how it comes out that the cops were giving an uncalled for criminal beating, and the people of color were not going to put up with it. Of course in the end the city will pay, and the dirty cops will keep rolling on as usual.
I would not have expected the hispanic residents of a trailer park to be such ardent golfers that they would have their clubs handy at all times.
Of course, I would not have thought that living in a trailer park would make someone so grateful as to name it for the manna from heaven as a Christian blessing so I'm clearly not up-to-date with my trailer park multi-cultural ambiance.

Garcia was being attended to by an EMT when he began kicking. He continued kicking the EMT while deputies were trying to pull him off.
When an officer arrests you, you don't fight it, dumbass.
I have a feeling you've spent a little time in lockup. Perhaps you can learn from the Garcias what NOT to do.
What the hell is a "meg-shift" weapon?
teapots, at 2 am in the morning when many of these stories are written, makeshift weapons may become meg-shift weapons depending on how little sleep I've had. Either way, we've given the mob their golf clubs back instead of the bottle of nutmeg we tried to hand them.

This sounds like Disneyland if it were in Hell.
Just an FYI, this dump is not in the city of Bonita Springs. It is located in unincorporated Lee County. It was flooded out and a lot of the illegals were forced to move out, but they have allowed some to stay and live there. the county refuses to shut it down. The fact that it shares a mailing address with the city is bad enough but the county allowing it to stay is just wrong.
