Kayla Lavelle, 22, Marcia Dippolito, 48, and Charlotte Lee McKeehan, 25, were arrested and charged with practicing massage without a license, but investigators said they did more than that.
One of the women, Lavelle, told officer "happy" that for $200, he could get "anything."
After telling the officer to "get comfortable" and take off his clothes, she left the room. When she returned, she began massaging his penis..... Think he stopped her right away before arresting her? Yeah Right.

I once worked at the same job as my sister. It was pretty aggravating, and that was in a workplace where we kept our clothes on.
i think the big reason behind busting "illegal" massage parlors is that legit businesses of that type are a powerful lobbying group.

Sandra, there is a story about three boys who did that on this blog. I can't remember their names though.
It stirred up a big case that went to the state's supreme court.
