Brooklyn, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Olmsted Township Police Chief Charles McNeeley, 60, was arrested Tuesday after park rangers say they caught him committing a lewd act in public with another man.
According to Cleveland Metroparks Rangers, an officer was out on patrol when she reportedly happened upon two men engaged in a lewd act in public. Little did she know one of those men happened to be the Olmstead Township Chief Of Police.
The Ranger stated she was on patrolling on foot when she saw two men seated in their vehicles at the Memphis Picnic Area in the Cleveland Metroparks Big Creek Reservation.
According to the Ranger's report, McNeeley exited his vehicle with his pants undone, walked over to the other man's vehicle and opened the door. The two men then reportedly became engaged in a lewd act together.
When the ranger approached, McNeeley reportedly jumped in his vehicle and began to drive away, but was stopped by the ranger.
The report stated McNeeley admitted that he was going to perform a sexual act on the man but didn't. He reportedly asked the ranger to give him a warning, promising he would never return to the park again.
Charles McNeeley and the other man, identified as Daniel Crown, were arrested on a charge of public indecency. They were both released after posting a $1,000 bond.

Let's face reality - look at those two guys - How do you think they are going to get laid?
Let them have a little fun, I say. They were inside a car, not in the restroom where anyone's 5 year old might wonder in and find them inflagrante.
And the one who arrested them - probably just frustrated she hadn't been laid in 5 years.

Who cares how they are gonna get laid? They had no business trying to do their business in a park. Get a room or do it at your own house, but don't go in a public place like a park. Just because the park Ranger did her job doesn't mean she doesn't get any. Here's a thought maybe she does it in the privacy of her own home. I'm guessing David, that you are into voyeurism?
