Huntley, Montana (The Weekly Vice) -- Earl Altes, 38, and Kenneth Jackson, 23, have been arrested after a girlfriend-beating man gets a whoopin' from the woman's ex-boyfriend.
According to Yellowstone County authorities, Altes was arrested Tuesday after his girlfriend told deputies that he had attacked her.
The woman told deputies the two had argued at a bar in Huntley. During the drive home, the couple continued to argue, prompting Altes to stop the car. When the woman exited the vehicle and began walking away, Altes reportedly attacked her from behind. She stated that Altes punched and kicked her in the face before choking her and forcing her back into the car.
He then reportedly took her to his house and then left. The woman fled barefoot to her ex-boyfriend's home about a half mile away. She sustained bruises and scratches across her body, a swollen eye, split lip and red marks on her neck, according to the arrest report.
Unfortunately for Altes, deputies were unable to arrest him before the woman's ex-boyfriend, Kenneth Jackson, paid him a little visit that night. Investigators say Jackson drove to Altes home and assaulted him in retaliation for the injuries he had inflicted on the woman.
Earl Jay Altes was jailed on charges of aggravated assault and domestic assault. Bond in his case was set at $10,000.
Kenneth Mitchell Jackson was jailed on assault charges, but was released after posting a $585 bond.

The woman beating piece of shit got what he damn well deserves! I bet he thinks long and hard before he beats on another woman... maybe even run a background check on any of her ex-boyfriends to see if they have kick boxing training... LoL I'm loving it...
Yeah, I'm with it. . .Jackson should get a damn metal, or at least some thank you sex from the ex.
all three of the people involved dont need to procreate
dude was wrong but backwoods redneck justice solves nothing
@magjay, I'm not sure I agree that it solves nothing. He now knows for every action is an opposite and equal reaction.
Everyone could use a little more science in their life.
Got what any woman beater deserves.
I don't know if I am just really bored, or if you guys are just being incredibly witty tonight. I love science!
I've never hit a woman in my life. This is so awesome. "Backwoods redneck justice" or not, this PUNK got what he deserved. Only punks hit women. He got knocked the F**k out!!!
As it was said in the movies 'Friday'....."Ha ha, you got knocked the Fuck out!!!"
Finally an abuser who got what he deserved, now if that same punishment can be given to every 'adult' that abuses or harms a child in anyway!!
