Lorena Alvarez Jail Booking Report
Royal Palm Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Lorena Alvarez, a 33-year-old Royal Palm Beach woman was charged Wednesday after ramming her boyfriend's truck with car loaded with kids. Told Deputies she was "worried" about him driving drunk.
According to Palm Beach County Sheriff's Deputies, Alvarez had an interesting method of preventing her boyfriend from driving drunk. Load her two sons (aged 1 and 7) into the car and play a little bumper cars.
Investigators say Alvarez piled her kids in the car and went to find her boyfriend when she noticed he hadn't come home.
When she found him inside his truck in a Winn Dixie parking lot, she suspected he was drunk and commenced slamming into his truck. She reportedly backed up and crashed into the truck several times before deputies arrived.
Although Alvarez was charged and booked into the Palm Beach County Jail on Wednesday, the incident reportedly occurred on April 13.
She now faces charges of aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and two counts of cruelty towards a child/child abuse without great bodily harm. Bail in her case was set at $9,000.

Well, I guess my stereotypical thinking has been proven wrong. I thought the knife was the weapon of choice for hispanic women.
Thank you Lorena for making our streets safe from drunk drivers. Way to think out of the box.
Wow she's reeeally smart.
I think Lorena needs to find boyfriends outside of AA... I sure hope they don't give her those two kids back... sounds like they'd have a better life with relatives or even being adopted out!
