Fort Pierce, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Kora Jade Luster, a 19-year-old Port St. Lucie woman was arrested Thursday on charges of bringing two children along on a quest for panties.
According to Port St. Lucie authorities, Luster entered an area Wal-Mart along with her 3-year-old son and a 15-year-old girl and attempted to steal several pairs of underwear.
Security personnel at the store reportedly saw Luster and the teenage girl select a pair of underwear, which the girl concealed in her pocket.
Security personnel asked an employee to walk near Luster and the two children in an effort to caution them against the theft, however when the associate left, the girl reportedly grabbed another pair of panties. She then gave them to Luster who went to a fitting room and put them on, according to the arrest report.
Luster was stopped at the door while attempted to exit the store without paying for the items. After denying the theft, Luster eventually acknowledged stealing the underwear after viewing a security camera recording of the incident.
Luster was booked into the Port St. Lucie Jail on charges of retail theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor. The 15-year-old involved was also arrested on a retail theft charge.
The panties in question were recovered, according to the arrest report.
