Lacy L. Sommers Court Docket Case Summary
Appleton, Wisconsin (The Weekly Vice) -- Lacy L. Sommers, a 20-year-old Hortonville woman pleaded not guilty Thursday to charges of having sex with a 13-year-old boy. A boy Sommers believes is the father of her unborn child.
According to Outagamie County authorities, Sommers repeatedly had sex with a 13-year-old boy between Nov. 2007 and Apr. 2008. The alleged sexual relationship began when Sommers was 19-years-old and the victim 13-years-old.
Investigators say the boy admitted to having a sexual relationship with Sommers and believes he is the father of Sommer's unborn child.
Sommers also allegedly admitted to to having a relationship with the boy - telling an investigator that she "knew it was wrong, but was in love with the boy," according to the criminal complaint.
Sommers pleaded not guilty to a charge of 'Repeated sexual assault of same child', which is a felony punishable by up to 40 years in prison.
The case is schedule for a pre-trial confrence on March 31, followed by a two-day jury trial set for April 15.

A pregnant woman who says a 13-year-old boy is the father.....but pleads not guilty to having sex with him. Yeah, the jury is bound to love this one.

How come no chicks wanted to have sex with me when I was 13? And does "repeatedly" having sex with a 13 year old carry a stiffer (pun intended) sentence than just having sex with a 13 year old once? This information could impact my future decisions.
It pisses me off. Her crime is just as harmful mentally as if it were a man raping a young girl, and yes by law it was a clear case of rape yet she is not charged with it because it was a female abusing a male. If this was a 20 year old man with a 13 year old girl you would all be screaming for his balls to be ripped off.
The law is the law and I hope she rots in prison for 100 years but of course we all know she wont get anything but probation...why? because she's a she....
exactly. They need to have a set structure in place.
A certain set of rules for mitigating circumstances - if there is to be any.
Judges shouldn't be allowed to hand down sentences based on wether it's a chick or a guy.
Justice isn't blind at all. It has a sharp eye on wether you wear panties or boxers
