Phoenix, Arizona (The Weekly Vice) -- Two 16-year-old girls have been arrested on child prostitution charges after they allegedly recruited girls as young as 14 to work as prostitutes.
According to Phoenix Police, Jazmine Finley and Tatiana Tye were arrested earlier this month on child prostitution charges after a nearly five-month investigation. The investigation was conducted during weekend prostitution sweeps that netted more than 50 prostitution, pandering and drug-related arrests.
Investigators believe Finley and Tye were instrumental in recruiting at least 5 girls (aged 14 to 17) to work as prostitutes.
The girls were reportedly responsible for recruiting, teaching and collecting money from the girls who worked under them. They also rented a Phoenix apartment to serve as a brothel for teen sex services.
Finley was arrested on 9 counts of child prostitution, two counts of receiving earnings of a prostitute and one count of pandering. Tye was arrested on one charge of prostitution and three counts of pandering.
Both teens have been charged as adults.

I think it is a clear sign of systemic decline. we are the parents of these teens? How can they be pimping and prostituting and their parents have no clue? I think the parents should be charged as accomplises. The Silent Majority
Tye is a solid example of why one shouldn't put their head outside the window of a speeding car when your hair is wet!
I don't know what to say about Finley, except to say it reminded me that I want to plant a raspberry bush in my back yard this spring. thanks for the reminder Finley.

LOL..... these are 16 year old girls they look like 40 yr old woman..... WOW..... that's all I can say!!!!
Trust me the Jazmine girl is quite the character. I personally know her she at one time lived in San diego CA. The other young lady is who I feel sorry for. She definately got wrapped up with the wrong person. Oh in by the way Police should be looking into her gaudian as she more then likely played a huge part in this sorted story. PARENTS KNOW YOUR CHILDREN FREIENDS!!!!
