Florida Unlawful Acts Statute
Kissimmee, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Eneydi Elsie Torres, a 42-year-old Kissimmee, Florida woman was arrested Thursday after she allegedly had sex with multiple men without telling them she was HIV positive.
According to Osceola County deputies, an investigation into the allegations began Feb 5 after a man reported having sex with Torres while being unaware that she was HIV positive.
Detectives questioned Torres who admitted to being HIV positive for the past 15 years.
As the investigation continued, another alleged victim came forward to disclose that he had also been sexually involved with Torres. He said that the sex was consensual, but he too was unaware that she had contracted HIV.
Torres was booked into the Osceola County Jail on four counts of unlawful acts. One count for each encounter. Bail in the case was set at $20,000.
Anyone with information or who thinks they may also be a victim is urged to contact the Osceola County Sheriff's Office at 407-348-2222.

You know, there are enough sex devices out there, a person with aids could reasonably get by without risking someone's life to get a sex fix.
i have yet seen a sex device that can replace the sensuality of another person....
anyway, if the number of men increases, the DA might be tempted to file attempted murder charges....

She was re-arrested in May of 2009 and charged with a total of 7 counts. I would like to embed a video a video of a broadcast to Eneydi Elsie Torres's HIV and AIDS Report, but I could not find one.
