Dmitriy Sklyarov - Self Proclaimed Satanist Pleads Guilty To Repeatedly Munching On 9-Year-Old Boy

Muncie, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Dmitriy V. Sklyarov, a 20-year-old self proclaimed white supremacist and Satan worshiper has pleaded guilty to repeatedly biting 9-year-old boy.

Sklyarove, who stood up in court and shouted "Heil Hitler" at a judge while awaiting trial on battery and child neglect charges, is now a convicted felon.

Sklyarov was arrested back on October, 2008, on charges of repeatedly biting a 9-year-old boy he was reportedly babysitting. When the boy went to school the next day, teachers found at least 13 bite marks covering the boy's arms and legs. The bite marks were still clearly visible when child protection workers interviewed the boy the next day.

Sklyarov's prior arrests also include possession of marijuana and leaving threatening messages on a voice mail recorder at Wes-Del High School, the school he previously attended. In that incident, Sklyarov allegedly threatened to cast a spell on students which would cause them to get sick and die, according to school officials.

In a plea arrangement with prosecutors, Sklyarov pleaded guilty to battery resulting in bodily injury. Delaware County judge, Thomas Cannon Jr., accepted the agreement and sentenced Sklyarov to a year in jail and a $100 fine.

In addition to the year-long jail sentence, Sklyarov is serving a 90 day sentence for contempt of court for his "Heil Hitler" outburst back in December.

During sentencing, the judge offered to reconsider the 90-day added sentence if Sklyarov wished to explain the reason behind his outburst.

Now see, that's what irks me in a dozen different ways. Here, a complete loon chomps on a kid's limbs like he's at a BBQ. Then he's standing up in court shouting Nazi remarks at the judge. Even with all this, the judge is already chomping at the bit to begin reducing the guy's sentence.

Unfortunately though, this kind of thing is only apt to increase.

With shrinking state budgets and an upswing in crime, jail overcrowding is going to be an issue you'll be hearing a lot about a year or two from now. The answer, unfortunately, will come in the form of early release for felons. Exciting thought, isn't it?
