Agapito Baltazar Jail Intake Booking
Boynton Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Agapito Jimenez Baltazar, a 23-year-old Florida man was arrested Tuesday after putting on a womans bra and panties before proceeding to rape her.
According to Palm Beach County Sheriff's deputies, Baltazar broke into a woman's apartment, on January 25, put on her bra and panties and then hid inside the woman's closet until she returned home.
Investigator say the woman returned home around 4:30 a.m. after a girlfriend had dropped her off after an evening out. Upon entering her apartment, the victim heard a noise coming from inside the closet and opened the door to see what as causing it. That's when she encountered Baltazar standing inside her closet wearing a bra and a pair of her panties.
When she asked the intruder who he was and why he was in her home, he allegedly responded by grabbing her from behind and forcing her onto a bed. He proceeded to disrobe, while holding her down.
During the struggle, the woman managed to press the redial button on her cell phone, which dialed the girlfriend who had dropped her off moments earlier. Baltazar grabbed the phone and tossed it aside, but the call was connected - allowing the friend to hear the victim's screams for help. The friend called 911 immediately.
When deputies arrived at the apartment some time later, Baltazar fled the scene by leaping from the woman's third story window. The woman recognized the man as another resident at the apartment complex.
Baltazar, who is reportedly an illegal immigrant, agreed to submit to DNA testing and allowed deputies to photograph him. The woman easily picked him out of a photo line up, according to the arrest report.
Baltazar was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail without bail on charges of sexual assault and burglary with sexual battery.

wow, what a piece of crap this guy is. Good, hes illegal, so lets not waste our money in prosecuting him... if his country doesn't want him, then lets just kill him...
This is the city I live in and I am sick and tired of hearing about this area - and Florida in general - being a haven for sickos, aggro pervs and loser junkies. I hope there is something in the stimulus bill for teleporters so we can send these loser back to.. wait, many of them are Florida natives.
