Dallas, Texas (The Weekly Vice) -- Abdul Kadir Aljibari, a 43-year-old Texas man, was arrested Wednesday afternoon exposing himself to another man while wearing a black bra.
According to Dallas Police, Aljibari approached another man in a Taco Bueno parking lot wearing a black bra with his pants down around his knees.
The man told authorities Aljibari spoke to him saying "You are sexy."
Aljibari was arrested and booked into the Dallas County Jail on a charge of indecent exposure. Aljibari was reportedly convicted of the same charge in 1999.
