Roshonda Anding - Louisiana Woman Shoots Boyfriend Because He Wouldn’t Let Her Sleep




Monroe, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Roshonda Anding, a 21-year-old Monroe woman was arrested Saturday after shooting a boyfriend who wouldn't let her sleep.

According to the Ouachita Parish Sheriff's Office, Anding's boyfriend contacted authorities Saturday evening reporting that he had just been shot by his girlfriend.

When deputies arrived, the victim found was in his car, parked at an intersection. He was transported to LSU Conway Hospital for a gunshot injury to his hip.

Deputies arrested Anding when she returned to the scene. She the allegedly admitted to shooting her boyfriend and lead deputies to the small caliber handgun she used. When asked why she fired on her boyfriend, she told deputies that "he was bothering her and wouldn't let her sleep."

Anders was booked into the Ouachita Correctional Center on a charge of aggravated battery. Bond has not yet been set in the case.

That's one thing I like about this site. It usually links right to the source. A jail record, the police report or some other documentation.

I don't know a lot of sites that do this.

You always have to wonder what has been sensationalized.

At least this way, you can see for yourself how crazy the world really has gotten.

I have to admit I can understand how this could happen. I work third shift and sleep during the day. It gets pretty frustrating when I'm constantly woken up for stupid reasons. Now, I wouldn't go shooting people as my moral bar is a bit higher than the people on this website but I can't say I havent' considered it.
