Rockland, Massachusetts (The Weekly Vice) -- Christine A. McCallum, a 29-year-old fifth grade teacher at Woodsdale Elementary School in Abington, Massachusetts has been arrested on charges of repeatedly molesting a male student beginning when he was 13-years-old.
According to authorities, the alleged victim told investigators that he had sex with his teacher a total of 300 times over an 19 month period.
McCallum was arrested at her home Thursday night and charged with three counts of statutory rape in Brockton District Court Thursday. She was then moved to Hingham District Court where she was arraigned on four additional charges of statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor and furnishing alcohol to a minor, according to prosecutors.
Police say the relationship began between McCallum and the teen while she was tutoring the boy's younger brother. The relationship allegedly continued over an 19 month period that involved sex every other day on average.
Police reportedly became aware of the alleged incidents when the boy's father found letters that were exchanged between the McCallum and the boy - who is now 16. She also allegedly gave him a cellphone and plied him with alcohol as the relationship became sexual.
Investigators say the alleged sex acts occurred on the teen's kitchen floor, in the shower and in the living room. Detectives even seized a green throw rug from McCallum's home as part of the investigation.
Authorities also allegedly discovered 10 hand-written letters that McCallum sent to the boy over the course of the relationship. In those letters, McCallum allegedly professes her love for the boy, expressing jealousy over female classmates. "While she never wrote of any sexual relationship, it was implied," said Assistant District Attorney Michael Scott.
McCallum is denying the charges, stating that she became more of a surrogate bother to the boy, who is being raised by a single father. She also told authorities the relationship ended when she caught him stealing alcohol from her home.
McCallum was ordered held on a $10,000 bond after her appearance in Brockton and then was fitted with a GPS device that she is ordered to wear upon making bail.
McCallum's employment with the school has also been terminated.

without her glasses, she's hot enough to get more guys than she could ever want. Why a kid? That's what I don't get. These teachers can have their pick. Why a kid? a 13 year old kid at that? I've seen a few other pictures of her that were downright hot. And yet she goes for a little kid? WHY?

What you guys seem to miss is that it isn't how "hot" these women are its that they have mental and emotional problems. if thy were men they would be doing the same thing. they will re offend. if you read cases of people like david pelzner or antwoine fisher you'd see that abuse be women is very common and can often lead to deep psychological problems for the child.
I find that most people already ASSume that this person is guilty. Well we all know what happens when you assume.
The letters she wrote aren't an assumption chump. Coy little statements aren't going to pull her a$$ out of the fire. Keep dreaming.
Dont they have any thieves or murderers in MA that they could try to catch unstead of ruining this woman's life for doing no great harm to anyone?

Try being a parent of one of her students and explaining to your child that her teacher won't be coming back because she was arrested and why and then have to explain all of that to an eleven year old. No great harm to anyone - -you clearly are a moron and have absolutely no idea what effect something like this has on children. There was a lot of harm done to these children.
Anonymous, take care who you call 'moron'. I happen to have first had experience. It happened to me when I was a young teen. That sweet neighbor woman is still my favorite memeory. What would have damaged me would have been for her life to be ruined because of me. Fortutately we were never found out. I've had it with you selfrightous posters who think love can be controled or cencored

Is there an update on this?Did they test the rug?Did they analyse the letters and her handwriting?
The boy could have wrote those letters himself and could have set her up if for example he showed interest but she rejected him and saw him only as a child.He could have got angry and decided to pay her back.
She doesn't look like the sort of person that would do this and especially not with a 13 year old but i guess looks can be deceptive.
An update would be interesting because although there seems to be alot of these stories(or does it only seem alot because i'm from Australia & our news is pretty boring?),i don't think All of these women are guilty.Some boys/girls could see stories like this and then get the idea that they will fabricate one themselves to get back at a teacher for some reason.
I cannot believe this is happening. I understand where some males think this is great, but it is really sick. I am in the field and could never imagine doing this with a child. They are children! I am not naive to the fact that many do not act like children, but that is where moral character and appropriate judgement come into play.
Fuck sakes, I'll pretend I'm 13 for her. Leave those glasses on me for baby! Yummy.
