Brandon Dale Lowery Jail Intake booking
Boynton Beach, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Brandon Dale Lowery, a 26-year-old Villa Roca man was arrested after he allegedly masturbated himself in front of a cop over web cam.
According to Boynton Beach police, Lowery communicated via web cam with who he thought was a 14-year-old girl. During those conversations, he allegedly performed sex acts over streaming video which was intended for the girl. He then allegedly encouraged the girl to do the same.
Instead, the would-be girl was detective Charles Ramos with the Boynton Beach Police Department.
Investigators say Lowery engaged in sexual conversations with the would-be teen on Dec 24th and Dec. 31st. During both days, Lowery allegedly performed sex act on him self in front of a web-cam that he thought was being directed towards the teen.
Lowery, a hospital engineer who resides in Georgia, reportedly gave (the teen) his address during the conversation. The detective kept Lowery 'engaged' on the webcam while contacting local his local police department. Officers knocked on Lowery's door while he was still online.
Lowery was initially booked into the Douglas County Jail in Georgia. He was then transferred to the Palm Beach County Jail in Florida on Wednesday.
Lowery has been charged with obscene communication - use of a computer to seduce a child, two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition (on-line) and two counts of computer pornography and child exploitation.
He is being held in lieu of a $200,000 bond.

Does anyone else think this is funny? An adult man doing that in front of another male. He deserves the humiliation.

I agree Robert. I also read in another article that he has no prior criminal record and, considering he's still only 26 (young to me), I hope this serves as a severe wake-up call to get on the straight and narrow.
