Carrie Noe - Oregon Teen Charged With Murdering Two Month Old Son

Salem, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) -- Carrie Noe, a 19-year-old Salem Oregon woman was arrested Friday after police say she murdered her two-month-old son, Ian Noe.

According to Salem police, authorities responded Friday to a 911 call from a home near the 1000 block of Fabry Road Southeast to find an unresponsive child.

When paramedics arrived, they found Noe and her husband sitting on a sofa, holding their deceased child's body. Efforts to revive the 2-month-old were unsuccessful, according to Salem Police Lt. Steve Birr.

Carrie Noe allegedly told police that she was painting a room alone, when the child began crying. After about 15 minutes of crying, Noe told investigators she went into the baby's room frustrated, picked the child up out of his crib, shook him three times and then set him back into the crib in a forceful manner, according to the arrest affidavit.

Noe allegedly told investigators that after the child had been shaken, his body went limp and he began breathing in a labored manor. She allegedly did not call for help or check on the child again until her husband came home later that day. Noe's husband, has not been charged in the case.

Police arrested Noe on a charge of murder and booked her into the Marion County Jail where she is currently being held without bail.

During Noe's initial court appearance, she was described as calm with a slight frown as she answered the judge's questions. Her next appearance has been scheduled for Jan 9.

How does one let a child scream for 15 minutes, and then go in to shake the life out of him.....only to ignore him when his little body goes limp?

I have been holding this story back for a couple of days - wanting to make sure there was a case of death by abuse before posting it. Sadly enough, Noe's alleged admissions establish that to be the case here.

Letting a child die alone, as you walk off annoyed.... That's as cold blooded as any other murder in our book.

Alexis McGuire - Mother Leaves 8 Week Old Infant Alone In A Running, Unlocked Car While Shopping At Wal-Mart

Williamsburg, Virginia (The Weekly Vice) -- Alexis McGuire, a 19-year-old Williamsburg woman was charged with felony child neglect after she allegedly abandoned her 8-week-old infant in an unlocked car while she went shopping at Wal-Mart.

McGuire left the baby alone in an unlocked, running vehicle on Christmas Eve and then proceeded to shop inside an area Wal-Mart located on Rochambeau Drive in York County, according to York-Poquoson Sheriff's office spokesperson Mike Russell.

A York-Poquoson Sheriff's deputy discovered the child in the backseat of McGuire's Chrysler sedan after checking it because it was parked in a fire lane. He then waited with the child for about 5 minutes before the woman exited the store.

McGuire was booked into the Virginia Peninsula Regional Jail on a charge of felony child neglect. She was released later the same day after posting a $10,000 bond. The child was released to his father, who was called to the scene.

Parked in a fire lane, engine running, doors unlocked, right in front of a Wal-Mart with a baby in the car. All she was missing was the sign that said "Two for one special. Steal a car, get a baby free!"

If this child makes it to his teens, it will be a miracle.

Michael Dick - Naked Man Invades 88-Year-Old Woman’s Home. Flees Like A Coward After Receiving A Groin Crushing Surprise

Portland, Oregon (The Weekly Vice) Michael G. Dick, a Gresham, Oregon man was arrested Tuesday morning after allegedly entering the home of an 88-year-old woman in the nude, only to get a groin crushing surprise.

According to Multnomah County deputies, Dick (yes, that's his real name) entered the home an 88-year-old woman through a sliding door. He then confronted the woman, who was still in her bathrobe, while he himself was completely naked.

Investigators say the man backed the woman up into her living room and then pushed her, face down, into a chair.

"Before whatever plans the suspect might have had, the woman reached behind her and grabbed the man by the crotch, giving him a good squeeze," said deputy Paul H. McRedmond of the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office.

Dick tore himself free from the woman's grasp and fled the scene, said McRedmond.

The woman contacted authorities who relayed the alert to a Multnomah code enforcement officer who just so happened to be nearby the woman's residence. Authorities apprehended a suspect that matched the man's description until a positive identification could be made.

Dick was booked on charges of burglary, harassment and private indecency charges. He is being held pending a $110,000 bond.

Lorraine And Jeff Jenks - Couple Arrested For Running Prostitution Business Out Of Their Home. She Provided The Sex While He Enforced Payment

Cedar Hills, Utah (The Weekly Vice) -- A Cedar Hills, Utah couple was arrested earlier this month on prostitution charges after authorities learned the couple provided sex services out of their home. She provided the services while he enforced payment.

Lorraine Jenks, 43 and Jeff Jenks, 40, were arrested Dec 19 following a three-week investigation into a home prostitution business that operated as children played in the neighborhood.

Police say the investigation began after neighbors noticed heavy traffic in and out of the house over the past four months. Utilizing an informant, detectives were able to learn what was going on inside the house. Prostitution services that saw up to 6 clients per day, according to Lt. Darren Falslev of the American Fork Police Department.

Investigators say Lorraine Jenks was providing the sex acts, charging several hundred dollars for each appointment, while Jeff Jenks monitored the operation with surveillance cameras and enforced payment.

Services were advertised as a massage parlor on several social networking sites, but when callers contacted the business, they were advised that "much more would take place than a massage," Falslev said.

The couple, who have been married for 20 years, made approximately $60,000 over a four month period - investing the money in a new truck, home improvements and a trip out of the country they were planning to take.

The couple's four children live in the home, but authorities do not believe the children had a full understanding of what their parents were doing.

Police say police action was necessary because of the number of children who resided in the neighborhood and the .

"There are kids playing in the front yards as we were carrying out the operation. Who knows who they are bringing in and the safety risk that has been brought to the community. that's probably the scariest part of the whole thing," Falslev said.

Lorraine and Jeff Jenks were arrested on suspicion of a pattern of unlawful activity and not having a business license. They were released after posting $1,500 bail each.

Pimping out your wife to 6 johns per day - all while you have kids living in the house? More and more, it seems as though people are walking zombies. Hollow shells that walk around from dollar bill to dollar bill. It's truly sad.

Tiffany Shepherd - Former Port St. Lucie Teacher Who Lost Teaching Job Arrested For Allegedly Threatening Ex-Boyfriend’s New Girlfriend

Fort Pierce, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Tiffany Shepherd, the former Port St. Lucie High School teacher who claimed she lost her job because of her bikini-clad weekend job on a charter fishing boat - is back in the news. This time she's trading her bikini bottoms for a set of handcuffs.

Shepherd, 30, was arrested Sunday after authorities say she threatened her former boyfriend's new girlfriend.

Investigators say Shepherd left threatening and harassing messages on the cell phone of a 22-year-old woman who is now dating and living with the father of one of Shepherd's children.

The woman told police she tried to ignore the messages at first, but decided to contact authorities after the incessant calls continued to disrupt her daily activities. Shepherd also reportedly challenged the woman to a fight.

Shepherd, who taught science at Port St. Lucie High School for four years, gained national attention when she complained to the media that her contract with the school was not renewed because of how she dressed at a part time job. Photos of the bikini-bearing former teacher also circulated around the net, creating a media buzz.

School officials disputed Shepard's claims, insisting her contract was not renewed because of her "excessive absences" during the 2007-2008 school year.

Shepherd, a mother of three boys, claims to have applied for several teaching jobs over the past year, but has been unsuccessful. She is listed as unemployed on the jail intake booking.

She was booked into the St. Lucie County Jail on Sunday on a charge of making harassing telephone calls. She was released Monday after posting a $15,000 bond.

Jose Moreno-Lopez Got A Woodie - Arrested After Performing Sex Act With Tree In Front Of Children

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Jose Raul Moreno-Lopez, a 38-year-old Florida man was arrested Sunday after allegedly exposing himself, fondling himself and then simulating a sex act with a tree in front of several children.

According to Hillsborough County Sheriff's deputies, Moreno-Lopez allegedly became intoxicated and began punching the ground in a parking lot at the Avalon Terrace Apartment Complex in Tampa.

Investigators say he then removed his shirt, threw it to the ground and then exposed himself to five children at the scene before proceeding "make motions against a tree" simulating a sex act, while children watched.

Deputies arrived about 20 minutes later and arrested Moreno-Lopez on multiple charges, including lewd or lascivious exhibition and disorderly intoxication.

He was booked into the Hillsborough County Jail (Orient Rd. Jail), pending a $7,750 bond.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

This man obviously has mental problems that go far beyond spending a few weeks in jail. Just the same, I couldn't find any other record of the man in this particular county. He was unable (or unwilling) to give officers a residence address, so he may be a drifter. Florida has a lot of them because of the warm climate. He needs serious treatment before a kid gets hurt.

Arlen Arguijo - Florida Man Arrested After Attempting To Kill Girlfriend With Fork And Knife

Lake Worth, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Arlen V. Arguijo, a 35-year-old Lake Worth, Florida man has been arrested after allegedly attempting to kill his girlfriend with a fork and knife.

According to the Palm Beach Sheriff's office, Arguijo and his live-in girlfriend, Maria Perez, began arguing inside their home Saturday at around 1:30 pm.

Sheriff's deputies say the confrontation turned deadly when Arguijo pulled a fork out of his pocket and allegedly tried to stab Perez several times with it. He then grabbed a folding knife and attempted to stab Perez with it, telling her he would kill her and her children.

During the struggle, Perez sustained multiple lacerations to her hands and fingers while trying to defend herself from the attack.

Investigators say Perez was able to escape when a witness intervened.

Arguijo was arrested on multiple charges, including attempted homicide, aggravated assault with intent to kill and aggravated battery with intent to kill. He was booked into the Palm Beach County Jail pending a $50,000 bond.

Juli Faunce - Delaware Mom Arrested In Sex Triangle Involving Herself, Her Daughter And A 14 Year Old Boy

Claymont, Delaware (The Weekly Vice) -- Juli Faunce, a 38-year-old Claymont, Delaware mom has been arrested on charges of having sex with her teenage daughter's 14-year-old friend. She then allegedly tried to have the teen boy arrested after learning her daughter was sleeping with him too.

Confused yet? Well let's sort this twisted little threesome out.

According to police, officers were dispatched to Overlook Colony Apartments on Sunday, where they met Juli Faunce who informed them that a 14-year-old boy had allegedly forced her daughter to have sex with him.

When investigators interviewed the boy's mother, she informed them that she had just learned that her son had sex, but that it was the 38-year-old Faunce he allegedly had sex with instead.

After an investigation into the flurry of allegations, detectives now say Faunce had sex with the boy on two occasions in November while he was staying the night at her apartment.

New Castle County investigators say Faunce recently learned that her teen daughter had begun to have a sexual relationship with the boy and called police because she was unhappy with her daughter's new relationship.

Faunce was arrested and charged with four counts of third-degree rape. She was released from jail after posting a $40,000 bond.

Meagan McCormic - Woman Arrested After Admitting She Made Up Story About Her Missing Baby. Baby Fabricated To Lure Back Ex-Boyfriend

Miami, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Meagan McCormic, a 22-year-old Miami, Florida woman was arrested Friday after admitting to police that the 6-month-old child she reported as missing earlier this week never existed.

When Meagan McCormic reported to Miami police that her son Riley Buchness had disappeared Tuesday afternoon with a nanny named Camille, police launched a frantic 2-day investigation to find him. Investigators even devoted much of their day on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day to locate the missing child.

But when McCormic's story began to fall apart, McCormic admitted to detectives that she had fabricated the entire story as a ruse to win back her ex-boyfriend, John Buchness.

According to police, McCormic admitted to making up the story after investigators pressed her on multiple incosistencies with her story. It was also revealed that McCormic had been pregnant, but had a miscarriage 6 months ago instead of a child.

The French nanny who McCormic claimed had dissappeared with her son, never existed. Even the photograph McCormic gave to police and the media was fake. It was downloaded from the Internet.

Although McCormic has now been charged with filing a false report of a crime to a law enforcement authority, authorities are now asking the state's attorney's office to force McCormic to pay for the emmense resources expended to locate the non-existent child.

Authorities say nearly 20 officers and/or detectives worked through their Christmas holiday - at significant cost to the department's resources.

"Those resources could have been used for someone in real need," said Miami Police spokesperson Willie Moreno.

John Buchness, who Meagan said was the father of her child, had made plans to fly down to Florida to finally see his son. Then suddenly, McCormic announced that a mysterious French nanny named Camille suddenly vanished with her baby. Buchness then joined McCormic in her tearful appeals to the public for help.

"I don't know if he's even dead or alive, if they were in a car accident....I don't know if they're even in Florida... I don't.... I don't know," sobbed McCormic during a press confrence last week.

Well, police now know where they are. And now they know where McCormic is. In Jail pending a $500 bond.

Well, we've untangled this dingbat's story. Girl loses boyfriend, then tries to force the boyfriend back into the picture by claiming he got her pregnant. As the months click by, she sticks with her story, trying to convince him that he has a son and should be with her.

When the ex boyfriend decides to come and see this baby, she makes up a story to explain why there's no baby in the picture suddenly.

Between her and Casey Anthony, you really, truly have to start wondering what the hell is going into the water down there in Florida. It just gets nuttier and nuttier by the day.

Randi Young / Heath Blom - Couple Charged With Assault After Boyfriend Throws Tantrum Over Not Getting The Christmas Present He Wanted

Portsmouth, New Hampshire (The Weekly Vice) - New Hampshire may have enjoyed a white Christmas, but a Portsmouth couple celebrated a black and blue Christmas after a brawl broke out between the pair when the boyfriend didn't get the present he wanted.

Randi Young, 24, and Heath Blom, 26, were both arrested on assault charges after police observed the pair with scrapes and bruises following a brawl over a video game console the boyfriend apparently didn't want as a Christmas present.

Portsmouth police say Heath Blom (right), who lives with his girlfriend at his grandparents home, allegedly became upset after receiving a Nintendo Wii video game console for Christmas instead of the $1,000 remote control plane he asked his grandparents for.

"When he didn't get the plane, he got really upset. He acted like a 10-year-old kid," said his girlfriend, Randi Young.

Although Blom admitted that he was angered over receiving the Wii, he claimed to a reporter that he actually asked his grandparents to buy it for his Birthday in April.

Angry at her boyfriend's behavior, Young allegedly hid the video game console and began packing her bags to leave. Blom told police when he tried to stop Young from leaving, she allegedly popped him in the eye. Young told police Blom grabbed her by the hair and dragged her down two flights of stairs.

Blom reportedly ended up with a swollen eye, while Young finished out Christmas day with a knot on her head and a swollen nose, according to the woman's father, Ricky Young.

"[They] fight like little kids," said Ricky Young. "But on Christmas of all days? That's ridiculous."

Police didn't care who started it or what the issue was about. Upon viewing the injuries to one another, authorities arrested them both on a misdemeanor charge of domestic simple-assault.

Oh where to begin with this one? There are so many issues of serious FAIL here, it's truly hard to know where to start. I suppose the idea of a 26 year old man sponging off his grandparents is the first compaint I'd have.

Living with your relatives at age 26 is bad enough, but to ask them to put out $1,000 for a toy is asinine at best. Throwing a fit when he didn't get it - how to you address that level of loathsomeness?

The only thing that went right on this day was when Young finally had enough of his pathetic whining and popped him in the face.

Jacqueline Williams - Woman Charged With Abusing Son During Argument Over Television Remote Control

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Jacqueline Williams, a 38-year-old Tampa, Florida woman was charged with child abuse Saturday after she allegedly grabbed her 13-year-old son by the throat and popped him in the face during an argument over the remote control.

According to investigators, a confrontation broke out between Williams and her son at around 10:45 a.m. Saturday in a dispute over a t.v. remote control.

The argument became physical when Williams allegedly grabbed the child by the throat and then struck him in the face and head with an open hand, according to the arrest affidavit.

The teenager was left with a cut and a swollen lip.

Williams was arrested and booked into the Hillsborough County Jail on a charge of third-degree felony child abuse. Bail has not yet been established in the arrest.

This arrest marks the third go around for Williams in Hillsborough County

In the photos above, left to right. Williams was arrested 1/12/04 on a felony food stamp fraud charge. She was then arrested again 9/18/07 on a charge of obstructing a police officer.

Holly Moore - Florida Woman Charged With Stabbing Husband After He Left Her In A Bar

Bradenton, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Holly F. Moore, a 46-year-old Bradenton, Florida woman was upset when her husband left at bar. So upset, she allegedly pulled out a knife and stabbed him in retaliation.

Manatee County sheriff's deputies responded to a report domestic violence early Saturday morning. When deputies arrived, they found 47-year-old Barry Albritton suffering from a one-inch laceration to his shoulder.

Investigators say Holly Moore had become angry earlier in the night when her husband left her at a local bar, according to the arrest affidavit.

Once home, deputies say Holly Moore began arguing with her husband. At one point around 3:45 a.m., Moore allegedly picked up a knife and stabbed her husband in the shoulder.

Paramedics were called and treated Albritton at the scene while deputies placed Moore under arrest about 30 minutes later.

Moore was booked into the Manatee County Jail on a charge of domestic aggravated battery. Bond has not yet been established in the arrest.

VIDEO - Utah Dog Enters Store, Snags A Bone And Then Evades Store Employees For A Clean Getaway

Murray, Utah (The Weekly Vice) -- A bone-stealing dog is at large after allegedly trotting into a Utah store, snatching a rawhide bone from the shelf and then making a quick getaway.

Surveillance cameras at Smith's Food & Drug in Murray, Utah captured an unlikely heist, perpetrated by an unlikely suspect. A Four legged suspect to be exact.

On Christmas eve, a dog was seen entering the store through an automatic door. The canine suspect navigated past shoppers and displays while en-route to aisle 16 - the pet supplies aisle.

The suspect allegedly grabbed a $2.79 rawhide bone from the store shelf and then wasted no time exiting the store for a clean getaway.

Store manager, Roger Adamson, was the only store employee standing between the dog and the door.

"I looked at him. I said 'Drop it'", said Adamson. "I decided I wanted to keep all my fingers, so I didn't try to take it from him. He looked at me and I looked at him and he ran for the door and away he went. Right out the door," Adamson added.

The suspect remains at large.

Lawrence Lee - Pouting Man Burns Down Home After Allegedly Not Receiving A Christmas Present

Theodore, Alabama (The Weekly Vice) -- Lawrence Edward Lee, a 45-year-old Alabama man was arrested on multiple charges after burning down his mobile home in an alleged retaliation for not getting a present.

According to Mobile police, Lee was arrested Thursday afternoon after allegedly setting fire to his mobile home at around 2:30 Thursday afternoon. The home was destroyed in the fire.

So what was the reason behind the fire?

Police say multiple reasons were given, however it appears that Lee was allegedly "depressed" after he didn't receive a Christmas present.

Sheryl Matthews, Lee's sister-in-law, told police and reporters that Lee told her that "he was depressed" and that "nobody loved him". He then informed her that he was going to set fire to his trailer with him inside it.

Family members rushed to the scene, but were unable to find Lee in the Blaze. Authorities later found him in the woods behind the trailer, reportedly intoxicated but unharmed.

"If I see him, I'm going to slap him just one hard time," stated his cousin, William Clemons. "I just want to slap him once for scaring me like that."

"Lee has given a couple different stories as to what happened," said Mobile Fire And Rescue Investigator Nick Boren. " The last time we asked, he said he fell asleep with a cigarette in his hand."

Investigators aren't buying the story.

Lee was arrested and booked into the Mobile County Metro Jail on charges of reckless endangerment, public intoxication, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia.

James Clayton - Las Vegas Cop Jailed After Allegedly Trying To Trade Sex For Traffic Tickets

North Las Vegas, Nevada (The Weekly Vice) -- James Clayton, a 40-year-old police officer with the North Las Vegas Police Department was arrested on multiple felony charges after he allegedly tried to trade traffic tickets for sex.

Clayton, who has been with the force for three years, was arrested last Tuesday on seven felony charges related to misconduct of a public officer and oppression under the color of office. He was also charged with one misdemeanor count of indecent exposure.

According to investigators, Clayton would pull over women and then suggest sexual acts in exchange for disposing of their speeding tickets. Court documents said Clayton was "very persistent" in asking for phone numbers, following the alleged victims and even calling one victim 20 times over a three day period.

One victim told investigators she was "shocked, disgusted and felt her sense of security had gone out the window," when Clayton allegedly attempted to get her to make out with him during a traffic stop.

Another alleged victim told investigators Clayton exposed himself to her after stating that he was married, but "liked to cheat".

All alleged acts occurred between March 27 and July 26 of this year while Clayton was on duty, according to the complaint. He was placed on paid administrative leave back in July when the investigation was just getting started.

Clayton was booked into the Clark County Detention Center Tuesday, where he remains at this hour.

Paid administrative leave eh? If you were arrested and thrown in jail tomorrow would you be placed on paid leave? We just aren't getting the concept of paying someone to be investigated for months and months and months. Now he'll be paid while this whole thing moves through a year-long court process.

His 'alleged' asinine affronts to the women he pulled over will now cost the taxpayers dearly while he hangs out in a jumpsuit waiting for a plea bargain. Ridiculous.

We have a feeling these charges came about because the women hung in there and pushed their complaint. We really wonder what there was to investigate for FIVE MONTHS before bringing the charges. Now the department is conducting another investigation we hear. He'll be on paid leave for years before it's all said and done.

Jesus Rodriguez - Pennsylvania Man Arrested After Police Say He Refused To Change Son’s Soiled Diapers For Weeks. Child Now Hospitalized In Critical

Greensburg, Pennsylvania (The Weekly Vice) -- Jesus Rodriguez, a 34-year-old Greensburg, Pennsylvania man was arrested on multiple charges after authorities say he left his 3-year-old son in the same dirty diaper for weeks at a time.

A 3-year-old boy was hospitalized in critical condition Christmas Day after authorities discovered the boy and his 4-year-old sister in an emaciated condition and living in filth.

Rodriguez, the child's father, was arrested the same day after authorities say he left his son in dirty diapers for so long, they caused second-degree burns to the boy's legs and genitals.

Authorities first became aware of the situation when the the child's Uncle dropped by the family's apartment to wish the kids a Merry Christmas. When the door was opened, the Uncle was struck by a strong odor of feces and filthy conditions.

The Uncle told police that when he tried to pick up the boy "the child instantly began screaming in pain." He immediately called police.

When investigators arrived, they found the boy and his sister covered with feces. The children also appeared emaciated, ungroomed and complained that they had not been fed.

"Conditions were pretty deplorable," said Greensburg Police Chief, Waler Lyons. "The house was in shambles, there was old food left around. There was feces on the floor. Conditions were that of we wouldn't want a three and four-year-old living in."

Rodriguez was booked into jail on charges of aggravated assault, endangering the welfare of children, reckless endangerment and simple assault.

The boy is still being treated in the burn unit at West Penn Hospital. The girl was briefly hospitalized and then released into the care of Westmoreland Child Services.

The mother of the children is reportedly serving a jail sentence.

Well, here we go again. Just when you think it can't get any more bizarre, it does. Can you imagine a child living in the same soiled diaper for a month with feces all over the floor? This man shouldn't be put in charge of flushing a toilet, let alone two kids.

There is one silver lining in this story - and I'm sure it's only one. Our hat is off to the Uncle who didn't debate the situation. He didn't make excuses for the situation. He simply put a dead stop to the situation by calling police. At last, someone stands up and does the right thing!

Diana Rodriguez - Mother Goes On Stabbing Rampage After Girl Breaks Off “Romantic" Relationship With Her 12-Year-Old Son

Placentia, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Diana Rodriguez, a 32-year-old Placentia woman was arrested after stabbing three relatives of a girl who broke off a 'romantic' relationship with her 12 year old son.

Rodriguez was arrest Monday after police say she drove to the Whitten Community Center and then confronted three women who are related to a 12-year-old girl who allegedly dumped her 12-year-old son.

Rodriguez allegedly arrived angry while picking up her son from a day care that was located at the center.

Rodriguez was confronting the women, identified as the little girl's mother, a sister and a third unknown relative, when the conversation quickly degenerated into a physical altercation. That's when police say Rodriguez brandished a knife and began stabbing the three victims.

All three women were hospitalized and then released after being treated for stab wounds that were not considered life threatening.

Rodriguez was booked into the Orange County Jail, where she is currently being held pending $75,000 bail. Police spokesperson Sgt. Ken Alexander announced that prosecutors were still deciding on what to charge Rodriguez with. He speculated that it would range somewhere between attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.

Hope Jacoby - High School Athletic Trainer Charged With Having An Ongoing Sexual Relationship With Student

Tustin, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Hope Jacoby, a 23-year-old athletic trainer at Tustin High School, in Tustin California was arrested on suspicion of having an ongoing sexual relationship with a male student.

Jacoby was arrested on suspicion of engaging in oral copulation of a minor and unlawful sex with a minor, according to Orange County Sheriff's Office spokesperson, Jim Amormino.

Authorities first became aware of the alleged activity on Friday after a student-witness reported seeing text message photographs on the student's cell phone.

Following an investigation, authorities believe Jacoby began a sexual relationship with the teen shortly after she began working at the school in September, 2007. The relationship allegedly continued for about a year, resulting in numerous instances of sexual contact between the two.

Investigators say the sexual activity occurred at various locations including Jacoby's San Juan Capistrano residence and car. One such incident of sexual activity allegedly occurred in the parking lot of an elementary school.

Jacoby reportedly submitted a letter of resignation in November, stating that Friday was to be her last day working at the school. She was arrested however before the day was over - the last day before Christmas/winter vacation began at the school.

Jacoby was booked into Women's Central Jail In Santa Ana, Calif. She was released on Saturday after posting a $100,000 bond.

Carlos Flores - Man With Unsanitary Dentist Instruments Arrested For Practicing Dentistry In His Kitchen Without A License

Peekskill, New York (The Weekly Vice) -- Carlos Flores, a 68-year-old Peekskill, New York man was arrested after allegedly practicing dentistry without a license inside his kitchen.

Flores was charged with unauthorized practice of a profession and 7th-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after a patient of his was hospitalized following a trip to Flores' dentist chair.

Investigators say the victim went to Flores with a complaint of a toothache. When Floris attempted to extract the offending tooth, it allegedly broke in half, creating injury and massive pain.

When police raided Flores' home, they found a substantial amount of orthodontic equipment. Among the items seized in the arrest were a dental chair, drills narcotics and dozens of handheld dentistry instruments.

Authorities were especially concerned about the lack of sanitation of the instruments.

"The tools were blood-stained, and it appears as if he had no regard for any sanitary code," said the arrest report. "To think of the disease he could have or may have spread. It's just unconscionable."

Police believe Flores primarily catered to Hispanics who did not have insurance coverage.

Melissa Koehn - Teacher Charged With Repeatedly Having Sex With Female Student In Her Room While Teen’s Parents Were home

Apple Valley, Minnesota (The Weekly Vice) -- Melissa Diana Koehn, a 30-year-old teacher and coach at St. Croix Lutheran High School in West St. Paul, Minnesota has been arrested on felony sex charges after a police officer discovered her making out with female student.

Koehn was charged Tuesday with three felony counts of 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct after allegedly having an ongoing sexual relationship with a 17-year-old female student, according to Apple Valley police.

Dakota County Prosecutors say a police officer on patrol found Koehn and the teen kissing in a 'fully reclined' position inside a parked vehicle and became suspicious because of the age difference and a letter jacket the teen was wearing.

The officer then reportedly checked the school staff registry and found Koehn listed as a teacher and coach at the school the student attended. He then contacted the student's parents and informed them of the situation.

Investigators who interviewed Koehn and the student say they each admitted to having sexual contact, beginning in August, 2008. The relationship then continued, leading to multiple instances of sexual contact between Koehn and the student, according to the arrest report.

The student's parents admitted to authorities that the teacher had slept in their daughter's room on a number of occasions, but believed Koehn slept on the floor. They told authorities they were unaware of any sexual activity that had occurred.

Koehn was booked into jail and then made an initial court appearance on Tuesday. She was released later that afternoon on $10,000 bail. She is scheduled to appear in court again on Feb. 9.

Charris Bowers - Angry Woman Arrested After Repeatedly Biting Man’s Penis

Deltona, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Charris Bowers, a 27-year-old Deltona, Florida woman was charged with battery after authorities say she repeatedly chomped her husband's penis.

According to a Volusia County deputies, officers responded to the Bower's home after receiving a report of a possible domestic dispute.

When officers arrived, Delou Bowers told officers that he and his wife had been out to a bar earlier that night. When they returned home, his wife began to perform oral sex on him, but then began biting his penis.

He went on to tell deputies that he tried to get her to stop, but she continued to bite and chew on his penis. Delou admitted that he resorted to punching his wife in the head and face in an attempt to get her to stop, which she finally did.

Apparently unfinished, deputies say Charris Bowers then attempted to punch her husband several times before he finally threw her aside and left the room, according to the report.

Charris Bowers, the man's wife, allegedly told deputies two stories.

She first told deputies that she was sitting on the couch, minding her own business, when her husband suddenly walked over and put his penis in her mouth. "She then bit it to get him away from her," said the arrest affidavit.

Later the woman told police that her husband walked nearby with his penis exposed, prompting her to bite it.

Upon inspection of the injuries, officers concluded that the injuries warranted battery charges. Photographs were taken of the mangled member and Charris was booked into the Volusia County Jail. She was released Sunday morning.

Jeramey Sheeler - Father Leaves Daughter Out In Sub Zero Temperatures For Hours To Climb Into Bed With 13-Year-Old

Great Falls, Montana (The Weekly Vice) - Jeramey Sheeler, a 22-year-old Vaughn, Montana man has been arrested after leaving his 4-year-old daughter outside in sub-zero temperatures for hours while climbing into bed with a 13-year-old girl.

Bored with the same old child neglect, teen molestation and drug-related stories? How about a three-in-one special?

Sheeler was arrested early Saturday morning on charges of criminal endangerment and possession of drug paraphernalia after police caught him in bed with a 13-year-old girl.

According to police, Sheeler parked his Jeep on on a neighborhood street, turned the engine off and left his 4-year-old daughter sleeping inside while visiting a 13-year-old girl inside her home for several hours.

Authorities say temperatures outside were about 14 degrees below zero with a wind chill factor estimated to be about 30 degrees below zero at the time.

When the 4-year-old girl woke up around 2:00 a.m., she got out of the vehicle and began going from house to house trying to find her father, according to investigators. A neighbor finally heard the little girl's knocks, let her in and then called police.

When Great Falls police arrived, they found Sheeler at the house next door. Police also allegedly found a pipe with marijuana residue in the center console of Sheeler's Jeep.

The teen who lived at the house told police that she and Sheeler were in bed together, but that nothing sexual was going on. (at 2 am? Yeah, sure)

Sheeler was arrested and booked into jail on a $30,000 bond. His daughter was released into the custody of her mother.

Florida Church Threatens To Broadcast Woman’s Private Sex Life To Congregation As Punishment For Ignoring It’s Demands

Jacksonville, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- A Florida church is threatening to disclose a woman's private sex life to it's congregation unless a woman breaks up with her boyfriend and complies with it's instruction to no longer fornicate.

When Rebecca Hancock confessed to a church elder privately that she had engaged in a sexual relationship outside of marriage, she never expected the church to begin making demands of her, with threats of public humiliation.

Grace Community Church, a non-denominational church in Jacksonville, Florida responded to the admission by demanding that the woman leave her boyfriend. When she refused to comply with the church's demands and instead ceased to attend the church, things turned ugly.

Although Hancock ended her membership at the church, Grace Community Church elders kicked things up a notch by threatening to dispense her 'sinful' sex life before the church. The same church her two children continue to attend.

In a letter dated December 8, the church officially announced it's intention to broadcast details of Hancock's "immoral" sex life to the church congregation unless she "repent" of her sin and agree to meet with church elders.

The letter then closed by setting a date by which Hancock was ordered to comply. If she didn't repent as ordered, the elders announced that it intended to "Tell it to the church" on January 4.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

Although this story is about 5 days old, I've had a few requests to run it - so here it is. I had originally opted to not run it because my opinions on it are strong and I didn't want to put off readers. I suppose I'm going to ignore my own self advice and blather on it anyway.

Well we'll get right to it. This church is out of bounds and using scripture to harass a woman who obviously isn't interested in attending the church any longer.

Let's break this down into a theological argument however, since the church has seen fit to use scripture as justification for it's threats.

The early church, directed by Peter and Paul, did lay down a process for turning a member away from his/her sin. That process however pertains to current members, not individuals who no longer attend the church. In fact, the ultimate punishment a church carries out from a theological standpoint is ex-communicating a member who refuses to repent. Rebecca has already jumped to the final step on her own. Game over. Finito. End of story.

For the church to continue with it's threat is clear harassment. It's no different than Mormons coming to your door and then refusing to leave when you ask them to. You cannot beat a person with free will into complying with your religious views, no matter who you are. Pastor or pew sweeper.

Rebecca has already solved the problem herself in this case. It's all over the Internet now, so the church elders have no reason to "tell it to the church". To continue chastising the woman only becomes abusive at this point.

Grace Community Church has however done all of it's members a great disservice. What member will ever come to a church elder again with a serious problem knowing that discretion takes a back seat to airing one's dirty laundry to the whole world?

Besides, we live in a dangerous world now. Divulging sexual information about a woman to any large crowd of people creates a potential safety issue. There are just too many sickos out there who might be intrigued by the whole idea of her being "sinful". It's irresponsible, disrespectful and downright reckless.
