Planned Parenthood Spreads The Holiday Cheer With “Birth Control” Gift Certificates

Indianapolis, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Planned Parenthood of Indiana has reached a new low by using the holiday season to promote it's services. It now offers an assortment of gift certificates options, touting the new certificates as an 'unusual but practical gift option'.

The organization has announced that gift certificates will be offered in $25 increments. They can be purchased and used for exams, insurance copays and medication at any of the 35 Planned Parenthood locations throughout Indiana.

Oh and yes, the certificates are redeemable for abortion services, which remains the organization's primary service in terms of scheduled procedures.

"People are making really tough decisions about putting gas in their car and food on their table, so we know that many women especially put health care at the bottom of their list to do," said Crystal Struben-Hall, Vice President of Planned Parenthood - Indiana.

The Weekly Vice Opinion:

No matter where you stand on the issue of the abortion, packaging it as a "gifting" option doesn't just tip-toe into the halls of bad taste. It arrives like pair of hermaphrodite prostitutes who accidentally show up at a baby shower with whips and a hand-held blender to chase each other around with.

If you're pro-choice, then this organization is increasingly biting you in the ass, by throwing your views out into traffic for opponents to run over. If you're pro-life, then this organization is simply trying to pour acid into an already open wound.

If you aren't pro-anything, then perhaps you might find it interesting to know a tiny bit of your paycheck goes to funding this organization's nonsense - which seems to get more and more tasteless each year.

Yes, we realize Planned Parenthood touts itself as a "health care" service, but we aren't buying it. 'Health care' makes up an exceedingly small portion of it's business. To represent itself as a health care provider is disingenuous at best.

A family physician can dispense prescriptions for birth control pills and other health care items just like a PP doctor can. If you want to give a woman the gift of "health care", it should be given for a doctor who will treat a woman's needs on a regular and ongoing basis. The best doctor is one that will know your long-term history, not an abortion oriented merchant.

Domenic DiMuccio - Rhode Island Man Raped, Beat And Tortured Male Roommate For Months

Burrillville, Rhode Island (The Weekly Vice) -- Domenic DiMuccio, a 43-year-old Harrisville, Rhode Island man has been indicted by a Providence County grand jury for allegedly raping, beating and torturing a man for months inside his home.

DiMuccio, who works as a truck driver, has now been indicted on 22 charges, including 5 counts of first-degree sexual assault, 11 counts of assault with a dangerous weapon, 5 counts of simple assault and a charge of kidnapping, according to court records.

According to Burrillville police, the victim DiMuccio is accused of assaulting, told investigators he was beaten with an ax handle, a flashlight and boots. He was stabbed with a fork, tortured with a screwdriver, slashed with a meat cleaver and forced-fed a running garden hose. The victim also told police that a light was broken over his head and he was forced to drink DiMuccio's urine.

Investigators say the victim told them when he told DiMuccio he wanted to move out, DiMuccio allegedly handcuffed him, duct taped his eyes and mouth and then locked him in a trailer overnight in the woods, according to the arrest affidavit.

The abuse continued for weeks, which included sexual abuse and threats with a chainsaw. The victim told police DiMuccio wore a yellow rain jacket and then told the victim he wore it, so he wouldn't be soaked by the victim's blood when he began to cut.

The alleged assaults began on December 1st 2007, just days after the victim moved in with DiMuccio. The alleged assaults then continued into February when the victim's mother took him to a Rhode Island hospital for treatment. A doctor called police after the victim told him that he had been beaten and tortured. DiMuccio was arrested a short time later.

DiMuccio was arrested and booked into the Adult Correctional Institution in Cranston.

Jason Fernandez - Indiana Man Attempts To Rape Mom While Kids Were In The House. Caught By His Own Glasses

Demotte, Indiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Jason Todd Fernandez, a 21-year-old Demotte, Indiana man was arrested on charges that he attempted to rape a woman while her children were in the house. Told police that he knew he'd be caught. He just wanted to delay his arrest until after the holidays.

According to Demotte police, Fernandez entered the home of Kristina Carlson-Burke Nov. 20 at around 3 a.m. and climbed into her bed as she slept. When Carlson-Burke awoke, she ordered Fernandez to leave. Instead, he allegedly held her down and began to pull her clothing off. The struggle landed the pair on the floor next to the bed, where Carlson-Burke then began to kick Fernandez in an effort to get him off of her.

As Fernandez struggled to hold down the fighting woman, the victim suffered a bloodied lip, abrasions to her face and neck and bruises on various other parts of her body. Fernandez also began to remove his own clothing - including his glasses, a green hoodie and a gray shirt.

As the struggle continued, Carlson-Burke's children were awakened by the commotion and screaming. When she shouted at them to call 911, Fernandez fled into the night, leaving behind his glasses and clothing, according to police.

Since the woman did not know the man who allegedly attempted to rape her, authorities used good detective work to narrow down possible suspects. They were able to use the abandoned glasses to narrow down where they were purchased. A Wal-Mart in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Using the serial number, detectives were able to create a list of buyer's who purchased the specific pair of glasses left at the scene. Only one of those buyers lived in the Demotte area.

Investigators found Fernandez, discovering that he strongly resembled the description given to them by the victim. His vehicle also matched the vehicle described to them by Carlson-Burke and her daughter from the night of the attempted rape.

When authorities interviewed Fernandez, he admitted to being the owner of the shirt and hoodie and admitted that he owned a pair of classes similar to the glasses police had recovered. He allegedly told police that he had been drinking that night and didn't remember much outside of being in a dark room where he was being pushed and yelled at. Carson-Burke picked Fernandez - without hesitation - out of a 6 person line-up, according to police.

"He tried to play it off that he didn't remember anything, but he knew he was caught," said Demotte police Chief Tom Jarrette. Authorities say Fernandez later told them that he knew he was going to be caught. He was just trying to postpone it until after the holidays.

Fernandez was arrested just five days after the alleged attempted rape and was booked into the Jasper County Corrections Center.

Gregory Graham - Police Officer Charged With Incest And Child Molestation, Captured After Becoming A Fugitive Of Justice

Panama City, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Gregory Allen Graham, a 34-year-old police officer who became a fugitive after his arrest on child molestation and incest charges was captured Saturday after a two hour suicide stand-off with Panama City authorities.

Graham, a former Fulton County, Georgia police officer was originally arrested on April 4 on two counts of child molestation, four counts of incest, one count of statutory rape, possession of anabolic steroids and attempt to suborn perjury.

Coweta County authorities say Graham allegedly engaged in an ongoing sexual relationship with an under-aged female relative. Authorities also say they found Graham in possession of anabolic steroids and that he repeatedly attempted to influence witnesses in the case. Police first became aware of the alleged activity when the victim's mother reported it to authorities and the victim reportedly confirmed the allegations.

Graham was released on a $50,000 bond while awaiting trial. Court records indicate Graham failed to appear for a Coweta Superior Court hearing on Monday. When Graham failed to appear again on Wednesday, he was declared a fugitive and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

When authorities received word that he might be in Florida, Bay County, Florida sheriff's deputies tracked Graham down to a motel he was staying at along Thomas Dr. in Panama City. Deputies raided the motel room and found Graham's firearms, ammunition and truck, but Graham was not in the room.

Authorities began an intense search of the area for several days that included K-9 units and an air unit who finally discovered Graham lying in a nearby wooded marsh at about 2:00 a.m. Saturday morning. As officers closed in, they discovered Graham had cut his wrists and was holding a hunting knife to his throat. Bay County Hostage Negotiators were called in, who spent approximately two hours talking to Graham before he finally released the knife and surrendered to authorities at about 4:00 a.m..

Authorities revealed they were able to narrow down Graham's wherabouts by tracking a signal from his cell phone.

“We are extremely proud of the extraordinary effort Investigator Jason Fetner and Investigator Matt Kee did in tracking this guy since Wednesday,” said Assistant District Attorney Kevin McMurry. “They worked relentlessly their entire Thanksgiving to apprehend him.”

Graham now sits in the Bay County Jail while he awaits extradition back to Georgia.

We spend a lot of time hammering Florida because of it's unusually high number of freaks and it's quirky methods of law enforcement. But once in a while, we run into a sheriff's office in that God-forsaken state that truly impresses us. Nice work to the Bay County Sheriff's department for tracking this guy right down to the marsh he was laying belly-down in! Excellent work.

Kristy Wright - 21 Year Old Woman Charged With Murder After Allegedly Running Over Boyfriend’s Ex-Girlfriend

Chicago, Illinois (The Weekly Vice) -- Kristy Wright, a 21-year-old South-side Chicago woman has been charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder after allegedly using an SUV to run down her boyfriend's ex-girlfriend.

According to Chicago authorities, Wright was charged with first-degree murder and attempted first-degree murder after an altercation back on November 19 left one woman dead and another woman seriously injured.

Police say the incident began when Wright and her boyfriend became engaged in an altercation with Shaunte Sardin outside the St. Elizabeth Elementary School at about 3:30 that afternoon. Police identified Sardin as a 35-year-old mother of two who is the former girlfriend of the suspect's boyfriend.

As the argument escalated, police say Wright climbed into a sport utility vehicle and drove past Sardin and her friend Nikkia Brown, narrowly missing Brown. Sardin allegedly threw an object at the vehicle, shattering it's back window, according to police.

Infuriated further, investigators say Wright turned the vehicle around, sped up and struck Sardin and Brown head on. Sardin died at Northwestern Memorial Hospital about an hour later while Brown suffered a broken vertebra and three broken ribs.

Wright was booked into jail on a $50,000 bond. She is expected to make a preliminary appearance in 'Violence Court' on Monday.

We're going to try something new - let us know if you find it useful. We've used Google Earth street view to put you right in front of the school where police say the crime occurred. In this case, it will add some perspective - as this is one of the oldest areas in Chicago. Yes, that makes it gang-land.... where cops don't normally show up for anything much sooner than 30 minutes.

We wouldn't be surprised a bit if the woman who was hit spent 30 minutes waiting for help, despite there being two hospitals within a 10 minute drive of this location.

Tina Boggess - Woman Arrested For DUI Strips After Officer Asks Her To Remove Her Shoes

Ocala, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Tina M. Boggess, a 41-year-old Florida woman suspected of driving under the influence stripped naked when asked to remove her shoes.

According to Marion County deputies, Boggess was originally pulled over after an officer allegedly clocked her driving 82 mph in a 40 mph zone. Boggess was also driving erratically when deputy Micah Moore pulled her over, according to the arrest report.

When the deputy approached Boggess' car, she noted the smell of alcohol and performed a field sobriety test. Although Boggess admitted to drinking three of four beers, she told the officer "I know I've been drinking, but I'm not [expletive] up," according to the arrest report.

Having failed the DUI, Boggess was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and transported to a holding cell while the officer processed the DUI. When the booking deputy requested that Boggess remove her shoes, she instead unzipped her pants, pulled them down and began removing all of her clothing, according to the sheriff's office report.

Boggess was given a breath test which registered at .157 and .151, nearly twice the legal limit for operating a motor vehicle in Florida.

Actually, I think we should cut this woman a little slack. According to County records, it's her first DUI and I think some people being held in a holding cell might think they are being asked to change into a jail uniform. It makes for a funny drunk story - but I'd hardly consider it an act of stupidity.

Marco Antonio Gonzalez-Ramirez - Florida Man Found Passed Out Drunk In Car With 5 Year Old Daughter In Passenger Seat

Tampa, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Marco Antonio Gonzalez-Ramirez, a 28-year-old Tampa Florida man was arrested after sheriff's deputies found him passed out drunk at the wheel of his car as his 5-year-old daughter sat in the passenger seat.

According to the Hillsborough County sheriff's department, deputies found Gonzalez-Ramirez' black Volkswagon parked suspiciously at the intersection of Blossom and Idlewild at around 1:00 a.m. Friday morning.

When deputies approached the vehicle, they found Gonzalez-Ramirez passed out drunk at the wheel. Sitting next to him was his five year old daughter.

Deputies awakened Gonzalez-Ramirez who was described as having watery eyes, slurred speech and the smell of alcohol. Deputies skipped performing a field sobriety test on the man because he was too drunk to stand up, according to the arrest report.

Later, breath tests revealed Gonzalez-Ramirez had a blood alcohol content of .173 and .182 - which is more than twice the legal limit of .08 in Florida. He also failed to provide deputies with a valid U.S. driver's license.

Gonzalez-Ramirez was arrested and charged with child neglect, driving under the influence accompanied by a child and no valid driver's license. He was booked into the Hillsborough County jail where he is currently being held on a $2,750 bond.

The child was turned over to the custody of her mother.

Jonathan Good - Murder Convict Charged With Kidnapping And Attempted Murder Escapes Jail In His Underwear

UPDATE:

Jonathan Good, who escaped the Mecosta County Jail earlier this week, has been captured. Authorities say Good was apprehended at around 12:00 p.m. on Sunday in Romulus, where he reportedly has a relative. Authorities arrested Good after he was pulled over in a stolen car. Authorities say Good contacted his relative in Romulus, but did not indicate whether the relative was the one who alerted them to Good's location. The relative has not been implicated in Good's escape.

Big Rapids, Michigan (The Weekly Vice) - Jonathan J. Good, a 36-year-old murderer who was released and then re-arrested on kidnapping and attempted murder charges - escapes jail in his boxers.

Jonathan Good is on the "loose" literally and figuratively, after escaping from the Mecosta County Jail Wednesday night.

According to Michigan state records, Jonathan was released from prison after serving sentences for second-degree murder and armed robbery that he committed in 1988. Good was re-arrested in March after he and a group of teenagers allegedly burglarized at least 10 businesses in Barry, Iona, Montcalm, Mecosta, Eaton and Clinton counties.

Police also say Good and several teens took a husband and wife hostage, tying them up and then robbing them while shooting up their home. Authorities say members of the gang returned a few days later and shot the woman in an attempt to keep her from identifying them as robbery suspects. The woman survived the shooting.

Good was captured three days later on over 30 charges including attempted murder and robbery. Several months after his capture, authorities say Good crawled out onto the roof of the jail and fled into the night in his boxers, a t-shirt and a pair of rubber slippers. A corrections officer gave chase, but was unable to catch him.

Anticipating the frosty Michigan weather, authorities have searched known vacant homes and buildings in the Big Rapids area, but have been unsuccessful in locating him.

It's amazing to know you can murder someone in Michigan and be out again picking up where you left off, by the age of 36. And for heaven's sake - how secure could this jail be, if a guy in his boxers can just simply jump off of the roof and run away? With the kind of tax dollars required to build such a facility, I'd say someone goofed horribly.

Wal-Mart Employee Dead After Black Friday Shopper Stampede Unhinges The Doors And Runs Him Over

Long Island, New York (The Weekly Vice) A 34-year-old Wal-Mart employee died early Friday Morning after he was trampled to death by a stampede of shoppers who literally broke down the doors to begin their 'Black Friday' shopping day.

Police say Nearly 2000 restless shoppers waited outside a Wal-Mart located in the Green Acres Mall in Valley Stream, New York. As the store prepared to open for it's "Doorbuster" sale, the crowd began to push hard against the store's mechanical doors.

Store employees, including a 34 year old temporary employee who remains unnamed, were preparing to unlock the doors, when police say the unruly mob literally took the door off it's hinges and exploded into the store.

Investigators say the stampede of shoppers knocked down the 34-year-old store employee and proceeded to trample him to death in it's mad dash toward the shopping isles. Authorities say the throng of customers pushed by as emergency crews attempted to revive the trampled man. He was then rushed to an area hospital where he was pronounced dead at 6:03 a.m..

"He was bum-rushed by 200 people," said fellow employee Jimmy Overby. "They took the doors off the hinges. He was trampled and killed in front of me."

Following the man's death, people continued to shop, despite angry orders from store employees who requested that they leave. The store was closed by police a short time later.

Authorities say three additional injuries occurred in the stampede. A 28-year-old pregnant woman was knocked to the ground and three others received minor injuries, according to police.

"They're savages," said shopper Kimberly Cribbs. "It's sad. It's terrible!"

Nicholas Densmore - Florida Man Found Guilty, Sentenced After Sexually Assaulting Granparent’s Pooch

Clearwater, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Nicholas Densmore, a 20-year-old Titusville man has been sentenced to four years in prison for sexually assaulting his grandparent's dog.

Densmore was sentenced on Tuesday after pleading no contest to one county of animal cruelty back in October, 2008.

According to police, Densmore was staying at his grandparents home in St. Peterburg, Florida on July 30, 2007 when his grandmother saw him with the dog in a motor home behind the house. When the grandmother approached, Densmore allegedly grabbed his grandparent's Yorkshire Terrier and fled. The dog was later found injured in a nearby trash bin.

Medical examinations of the dog, revealed the animal had a torn rectum. In addition, DNA evidence revealed Densmore's semen mixed with the dog's blood deposited on towels the dog bled on.

Densmore was ordered to a four year prison sentence. After the completion of the jail term, Densmore will be monitored and evaluated for an additional year during a one year probationary period.

Densmore's family had requested that he remain in his grandparent's care, so that the family could monitor his medication dosage. The judge however rejected that request, citing that the approach had already failed.

The dog has recovered from it's injuries.

Brian Matthew Crabtree - Arrested And Chaged With The Brutal Assault And Rape Of A Three Year Old Girl

UPDATE: Child in sexual assault dies

Unfortunately we have some sad news to report. The child in the case below has now died as a result of the abuse she suffered at the hands of Brian Crabtree who admitted to sexually abusing the toddler and then dropping her on her head, knocking the girl unconscious. There is some confusion as to whether the child passed on Tuesday or Wednesday, however the death has been confirmed. We expect the charges - as listed below - will be re-evaluated by prosecutors soon and likely upgraded to manslaughter or murder.

Lexington, Kentucky (The Weekly Vice) -- Brian Matthew Crabtree, an 18-year-old Kentucky man has been charged with rape and assault on a three-year-old girl.

According to police, Crabtree has been charged with first-degree rape, first-degree sexual abuse and first-degree assault after he allegedly admitting to police that he attacked and raped a three-year-old toddler. Police say Crabtree also admitted to dropping the child several feet to the floor.

According to police, officers were called to an apartment complex off Cummins Court in Lexington where they found an unresponsive child who belonged to Crabtree's roommate.

Police haven't released many details about what exactly took place, but said the attack likely occurred sometime between late Tuesday, early Wednesday morning. Authorities described the toddler's injuries as severe, including head trauma and multiple injuries to other parts of her body.

The child was originally taken to St. Joseph East Hospital, but was then transferred to UK hospital. As of Thursday, news of the little girl's condition has not been released.

Crabtree was booked into the Fayette County Detention Center. He appeared in court Wednesday afternoon, where he pleaded not guilty to the charges - despite his early admission of guilt, according to court documents.

We can only hope that hell reserves a special section where the ass-burning coals burn bright for twisted, toilet fodder like this. We're not impressed with his 'change of heart' not-guilty plea after lawyering up.

Police have been very tight lipped thus far on the case, so PLEASE, if any family members can shed some light on the little girl's condition, please let us know.

The only reports we have thus far is that the injuries to the child were graphic - and that the little girl was unresponsive when emergency personell arrived. We are VERY concerned about this case!

Our prayers go out to this little girl's family. As for you, Crabtree, there is no pit in hell deep enough or hot enough for the likes of you.

Lori Drew - Justice Was A Long Time Coming, But At Last, It’s Here

Los Angeles, California (The Weekly Vice) -- Lori Drew, a 49-year-old Missouri woman who drew nationwide outrage after using a fake MySpace account to bully 13-year-old Megan Meier to the point of suicide has been found guilty.

For those of you who have followed The Weekly Vice from it's humble beginnings, you know why this is a big day. The Weekly Vice was founded on this case back in November of 2007. This case is where it all started for us.

It's been a little over two years now since 13-year-old Megan Meier hung herself in her closet, following the horrific blows delivered to her by an adult who used the Internet to lure, seduce and then destroy the fragile and depressed teen.

When the story broke, the media hid Lori Drew's identity - as the teens parents pleaded with Missouri Officials to seek justice for their dead daughter. That justice never came from the county prosecutor Jack Banas, who hid under his desk - convinced "no law" could be used to prosecute Lori Drew's actions.

Banas sent a clear message to the nation. Throw a cigarette butt out the window of your car and you're breaking the law. Stalk a child to death via the Internet and you will not be charged with any crime.

This blog, as well as a handful of others bypassed the media's cloak of secrecy and unmasked the adult who's bullying drove this young teen to her death. While media and prosecutors sought to quell the details, the blogosphere charged ahead - intent on reporting the crime and finding justice for Megan.

More bloggers began to cover the case - creating a fever pitch outrage that finally forced the media to start reporting the facts, instead of covering them up.

For many in the media, it was the first realization that journalists and news editors could no longer decide for themselves what the public needed to know. They could no longer protect someone who had mentally and verbally abused a child. They could no longer decide what was news and what wasn't.

While the heinous acts of this adult became known across the nation and indeed even the world, justice seemed to escape Megan Meier - as it became apparent prosecutors weren't going to prosecute the case. Bloggers uncovered Lori Drew's ties to community organizations - which made the lack of prosecution in the case all the more suspect.

Back in May, 2008, a federal grand jury defied Missouri official's refusal to prosecute the case - by indicting Lori Drew on charges of fraudulently using an account on MySpace. The charges included one count of conspiracy and three counts of accessing protected computers without authorization to obtain information to inflict emotional distress.

Finally, someone had the balls to FIND a law to fit the case. Someone finally figured out how to tell Lori Drew that what she did was wrong. Justice was coming, from California of all places!

Well now the verdict is in.

While jurors could not agree on the 4 charges brought by the federal indictment, they did find Lori Drew guilty of three misdemeanor offenses - Accessing computers without authorization.

This is not the victory we had hoped for, however we believe it's justice in this respect. No longer will this adult walk away - completely unpunished for her actions.

Lori Drew now faces up to 3 years in jail. We'll predict right now that she won't see quite that much time behind bars. But remember, Lori Drew has been living in a prison of shame, that will last longer than a mere three year sentence. She's an outcast of society and will likely forever remain an outcast.

For this reason, we don't believe jail time is the victory here. The victory is in the message that has finally been sent. An adult cannot hurt, stalk, harass, bully or seduce a child online and then simply walk away.

In closing, we would like to point what we believe to be the most incredible paradox of this case..

If Missouri prosecutors had charged Lori Drew with even a small infraction...... or if the media had reported the facts, instead of covering them up.... this would have been an entirely different case.

Lori Drew would have likely remained hidden in obscurity among the other crime stories that the media churns out day after day. She would likely have already served her time or paid the imposed fine. She could have moved to a new community and started over - leaving Megan Meier in her dust.

It was the very lack of justice - that in the end, brought Megan Meier the ultimate justice. The adult who bullied her to the brink of death will now live her life in chains far worse than metal bars.

Kimberlee Arigot - Arrested On Charges Of Having Ongoing Sex With Multiple Teen Boys

Syracuse, Utah (The Weekly Vice) -- Kimberlee Arigot, a 40-year-old Syracuse, Utah has been arrested on charges of having ongoing sex with multiple teenage boys.

Arigot was charged with two counts of unlawful sexual activity with a minor, two counts of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor and one count of dealing harmful material to a minor - all felony charges, according Lt. Tracy Jensen of the Syracuse Police Department

Syracuse police arrested Arigot after they received a tip on November 19 that she sent nude photos and "inappropriate" text messages to three different teenage boys aged 15 to 17 years old.

Police say the photos and messages led to physical encounters with the teens at Arigot's home as well as other locations.

Arigot allegedly met the at least one of the teens through her own teenage daughter, however authorities "don't know the particulars as far as each kids' relationship with her", according to Lt. Tracy Jensen.

An investigation was first launched last week after rumors of the alleged activity began circulating among other teens. Detectives say however that the alleged sexual encounters have been ongoing for most of the year.

Arigot was booked into the Davis County Jail, but was released shortly after posting bail.

Donna Andree - Bradenton Woman Charged With Having Sex With Teen While 15-Year-Old Daughter And 14-Year-Old Girl Watches

Bradenton, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Donna L. Andree, a 43-year-old Bradenton, Florida woman was arrested Saturday on charges of having sex with a 15-year-old boy while her teen daughter and a female friend watched.

Manatee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Andree on charges of lewd and lascivious battery, two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and seven counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Deputies say one of the girls told investigators that Andree had given the three teens alcohol and then proceeded to have sex with a 15-year-old boy while Andree's 15-year-old daughter and 14-year-old friend watched at the foot of the bed.

Andree was arrested at around 11:30 p.m. Saturday after her estranged husband entered the house and found the woman and the boy naked in bed.

Andree admitted to investigators that she knew the two girls were at the foot of the bed while she was having sex with boy, but thought the boy was 19.

Andree was booked into the Manatee County Jail on $33,500 bond.

Anna Davis - Louisiana Teacher Arrested On Charges Of Having Ongoing Sex With 15 Year Old Teen

Benton, Louisiana (The Weekly Vice) -- Anna Huck Davis, a 32-year-old special education teacher at Benton High School in Benton, Louisiana has been arrested on accusations that she had an ongoing sexual relationship with a 15-year-old boy.

Davis was arrested Friday after allegedly admitting to authorities that she had a sexual relationship with a 15-year-old Caddo Parish boy that went on for several months, according to Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office spokesperson, Ed Baswell.

Authorities first learned about the alleged incidents when the boy's father became concerned about a possible relationship between his son and the teacher and contacted the Bossier School's Security Supervisor, Danny Dison.

Investigators say the boy was not one of Davis' students and none of the alleged incidents are believed to have occurred on school property.

Davis was booked into the Bossier Maximum Security Facility on charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. She was released a short time later on a $20,000 bond.

Joshua M. Maitland - New York Man Accused Of Raping Underaged Girl In Cemetery

Watertown, New York (The Weekly Vice) -- Joshua M. Maitland, a 21-year-old New York man was arrested Monday and charged with raping a 15-year-old girl at a local cemetery.

According to Watertown police, Maitland had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl and the North Watertown Cemetery on July 1st.

Maitland was arraigned Monday and was booked into the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on charges of 3rd-degree rape. His bond was set at $2,500.

$2500 !?! That's the going rate for raping a minor in New York these days? Why the hell even bother with bail? Why not just drive the guy right back over to the girl's house and let him take a second crack at her? Unbelievable.

Katrina Doyle - Florida Woman Arrested On Charges That She Stabbed Her Husband In The Head With A Pen, Then Smuggled Drugs Into Jail Inside Her Anus

Port Richey, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Katrina Doyle, a pregnant, 34-year-old Port Richey woman was arrested Saturday after stabbing her husband in the head with a pen and then attempted to smuggle drugs and a syringe into jail by placing them inside her anus.

According to the Pasco County Sheriff's office, Doyle was initially arrested on one count of domestic aggravated battery. Deputies say Doyle stabbed her husband in the back of the head with a ballpoint pen during an argument that broke out Saturday morning.

Doyle's husband was treated at a local hospital and then also charged with domestic aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.

Later, after Doyle had been booked into the Pasco County Jail, a witness notified deputies after Doyle allegedly extracted a bag of methadone pills and a syringe from her anus. Doyle then allegedly used the syringe and then passed out according to corrections officials.

Doyle now faces multiple charges including aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, possession of a controlled substance, introduction of contraband into a detention facility and possession/use of paraphernalia. She remained in jail Monday pending a $10,250 bond.
