Newcastle upon Tyne, England (The Weekly Vice) -- As some of our readers know, The Weekly Vice hops the pond now and then to see what little scandals are brewing with our British friends. Oh yes, Brits are draining the water coolers over the same things we do here in the U.S.. Celebrity gossip, high crime rates and sex scandals. This week's chatter involves a police woman who's handcuffs take on a whole new meaning when the sun goes down.
Victoria Thorne, a 28-year-old Northumbria police officer appeared at the Newcastle Magistrates Court Monday on charges of misconduct in a public office.
British authorities say Thorne, who was arrested in August, is accused of advertising herself as an escort - offering her services as a £100-an-hour, high-class call girl.
Investigators say the Houghton-Le-Spring based officer entertained up to 20 clients per week, through the 'Notorious Girls' escort agency website. The service was operated by Neil and Natalie Lock who were also in court Monday.
Neil Lock faces charges of procuring misconduct in a public office, conspiracy to manage brothels for prostitution and conspiracy to control prostitutes for gain. His wife Natalie and two others appeared on similar conspiracy charges.
Thorne's profile, using the working name 'Kelly', stated she was 'eager to please' while indulging the prospective client with a few "arresting" underwear poses.
The defendants didn't submit a plea at Monday's hearing, however conditional bail was set. The case was also scheduled to be heard at the Newcastle Crown Court on December 22nd.

L100 per hour for her? Blimey! She doesn't have a bad bod, but that's where I draw the line.
But I'm not so sure this should be a big deal really. It's hard to work two jobs. Might as well make the second job more interesting I say.

Interestingly enough, this whole story will likely be very lucrative for her if she handles it right. Look happened with Spitzer's hooker. Hundreds of thousands of dollars for interviews - and I'll be she eventually ends up on TV as some host.
So does that mean a 15 minutes would cost $25? Because that would be about the longest it would take.

I think I'd have to agree. She looks hot to me. Maybe not the prettiest girl on earth, but I like everything else.
