Sheboygan, Wisconsin (The Weekly Vice) -- Christina M. Hephner, a 24-year-old Neenah, Wisconsin woman was arrested after allegedly attacking a man who had pulled over to check a low tire. Accused him of being a drug dealer.
Sheboygan authorities arrested a woman who confronted a man Thanksgiving day who had pulled his vehicle over to attend a tire low on air pressure.
When authorities arrested Hephner, they found her intoxicated with a blood alcohol level of 0.22. Hephner told authorities she had been visiting her child's father in Sheboygan who had allegedly been talking about selling drugs. The couple engaged in an argument until the father reportedly asked her to leave.
When Hephner was driving away, she noticed several cars pulled over and assumed the people around them were selling drugs. She then pulled over, confronted a man and then began to punch him in the face.
Hephner was charged with disorderly conduct. She faces up to two years in jail because she has two prior convictions, according to court records. There is also a pending charge of a $670 theft listed in court record in Sheboygan. Yep. She's a bit of a hellraiser.
The Weekly Vice Opinion:
I'm not sure why the authorities have her listed in Neenah, as she considers herself a resident of Sheboygan and her court records place her in Sheboygan most of the time. Perhaps she has family in Neenah.
Either way, I'm half inclined to think the child's father is likely every bit as screwed up - if not more and I for one believe her story. The confusing part is - well - even some drug dealers don't hang out in strip clubs with tats covering a half of their body.
The bad part of this story is that this poor kid has one heck of a rocky road ahead with these two parents. Alcohol, strip clubs, and apparently now drug dealing - all seem to be the upstanding role models images of this kid's future. Sigh.

No, she doesn't. Many of her friends are strippers - ooops, they call themselves 'dancers'. She apparently does a little of it herself. At least she's getting offers from clubs on her MySpace page.
She has quite a high opinion of herself, considering she consistently accuses people of being jealous of her.

I can certainly see why he kicked her out of his house and why he has custody. She still has the mind of a 15 year old.

You people all have nothing better to do than bash a woman you don't even know? At least she's making a living and not living on the streets. She's a VERY smart, and loving mother who cares about her child so much that she wanted to make sure he was protected in every way... and not with drugs around!! so she made a mistake and is accepting responsibility for it. We all make mistakes. NOONE'S PERFECT!! I don't ever want my kids around drugs either. As far as her career, she does not tell her 3 yr old what she does and probably won't for yrs. When he's not with his dad, he's in a wonderful daycare while she's at work.
So all of you need to get a life and stop talking shit about people you don't even know anything about!!!

Anonymous - what color is the sky in your world? There's far more to being a good parent than simply beating up innocent people because you're drunk off your a$$.
If that's your idea of good parenting, then please get yourself spayed. Stick the pole and stay far away from raising kids, for their sake.
As far as this lady goes, I have absolutely NO problem with her lifestyle. She can party all she wants - it's a free country. I just feel sorry for this child, because there really is no real mother figure to look up to.
But don't you dare try to pass her off as some "mother of the year" award winner. You and I both know that's a load of crap. Don't we?

The only reason I posted anonymous b4 is because I don't google and don't have any kind of URL or whatever that is! To answer the one ? about her lip... it's a piercing.
As for sticking up for her... yeah, I'm gonna. She's a friend. I never said I was calling her mother of the year. I don't feel there's any such thing. If you think so, you obviously live in a fantasy world. But whatever. Continue to post things on here and be immature. You're the one who has issues and needs to grow up then. She is a great mother who has 50/50 custody of her child. When she has her son, he is very loved and cared for. She spends every waking moment with him. She takes him places and makes sure he knows he's loved. And what people choose to do when they have time away from their kids is none of anyone, especially your, business!!! Stop bashing a woman who don't know just so you can feel some sort of power trip! Get a life!!!
P.S. You must not have kids if you can't even have the slightest bit of heart to see her point of view in all this. She was trying to protect her child. Again, I don't ever want my 2 children to be around drugs. Not saying I understand her point in hitting him but everyone deals with anger and frustration when it comes to their kids in a different way. But then again, you wouldn't know that, cuz it's obvious you don't have any size heart at all.

As a Former Resident of Sheboygan and someone who actually went to High School with her. I have to say not too surprised. She was always getting into trouble then and still looks like it today. And for those who think people change. Have a glance of the other fun activities our colorful Sheboygan girl has done.
