Guess who Scott Temple Looks Most Like?
Palm Springs, Florida (The Weekly Vice) -- Has anyone annoyed you to the point where you wish you could just give them a good smack upside the head, or throttle their neck? What stops you? Fear of getting smacked back? Civility?
Well whatever the case, some of those reasons seem to go away for some parents when it comes to children. If the kid talks back, they smack them. If the kid won't listen, they throttle their necks. The couple above, our case in point, might know a thing or two about that.
Scott Temple, 46, and wife Elizabeth Temple, 47, of Lake Worth Florida have been arrested on child abuse and battery charges after police said a little girl was struck and then choked by her grandparents.
Palm Springs police responded to a report of child abuse Sunday afternoon from the 3600 block of Davis Road.
When authorities arrived, they learned that grandparents Scott and Laurie were picking up their grand daughter at a friend's house when things quickly got out of hand.
The victim told police that when she argued with the couple about leaving, Laurie Temple struck her in the face. Then when she refused to get into the car with them, Scott Temple grabbed her by the neck and choked her.
The friends that the little girl was staying with both gave witness statements to authorities, which led to the grandparents' arrest.
The couple was booked into the Palm Beach Jail on a $3,000 bond. They were released Monday afternoon.

I'm so glad that the girls friends parents in this case did not just turn the other way like so many ppl do. For instance the lady that was raped today on a very busy highway, while ppl passed by, only one person called 911 and only 1 person stopped to help and that was after the attack was over and she was unconcious on the side of the road... sad!! Thankfully these ppl did the right thing!! good job!!
