Watertown, New York (The Weekly Vice) -- Joshua M. Maitland, a 21-year-old New York man was arrested Monday and charged with raping a 15-year-old girl at a local cemetery.
According to Watertown police, Maitland had sexual intercourse with a 15-year-old girl and the North Watertown Cemetery on July 1st.
Maitland was arraigned Monday and was booked into the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building on charges of 3rd-degree rape. His bond was set at $2,500.

$2500 !?! That's the going rate for raping a minor in New York these days? Why the hell even bother with bail? Why not just drive the guy right back over to the girl's house and let him take a second crack at her? Unbelievable.

here the funny thing about your page innocent until proven guilty obviously that doesnt mean anything anymore and you people dont know this guy or what happened girls walk around all the time accusing people of something like this and half the time its just so they can get attention so that they can be seen so freedom of speech but use it how you want because an innocent man's reputation is being runed because of this girl
the worst part about this page is nobody knows whats going on we don't go into the court rooms and here his defence his side but lisen to a seriously lost girl who probely had no kinda affection in her life thriving to be noticed. Her mother is probely somebody who thinks she has everything but neglected the fact that she has a child and all she wanted her to do was pay a little attention to her. But what you don't know about that 15 year old is that everytime she was questioned about what happened HER STORY CHANGED and he was not the only person she accused there were 6 others i know this girl shes a liar and the worst part is she has split personality and is in deniale so this page fu## it because maybe you should start finding out about that girl and harrass her
