Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (The Weekly Vice) -- Timothy Patrick White, a 46-year-old Philadelphia man has been arrested on charges that he raped a dying 70-year-old nursing home patient who has Alzheimer's disease and a brain tumor.
According to police, White took an ailing woman from the Manor Care Nursing home on July 22nd and drove her to at least two area bars where they drank rum-and-cokes and beer until approximately 5:30 a.m.
When White returned the woman to the nursing home, staff reported to police that White was not wearing a shirt and his pants were unbuttoned. Staff also told police that they noticed the woman was not wearing any underwear and that she had bruises on her mouth, neck and arms, according to court documents.
Investigators say DNA samples taken from White matches semen that was recovered from the elderly woman's anal cavity. Doctors estimate the victim has about six months to live.
"She has no idea what happened," said Det. Sgt. David Splain of the Yeadon Police Department, who went on to add that the victim in the case, in her diminished capacity, doesn't have the ability to consent to sexual activity.
Doctors also believe the woman suffers from vascular dementia, as a result of her brain tumor.
Timothy White was arrested on rape and other sex assault charges. It is still unclear how White was able to remove the victim from the nursing home.

In researching this story, we have found next to no coverage of this case - despite the many serious questions it brings up. This woman, who obviously is well beyond the capacity to look out for herself was somehow released to an unrelated man and apparently didn't bat an eye when she wasn't returned until the next morning.
Where is the investigation into this nursing home's responsibilities and conduct? To all the politicians in Pennsylvania who have promised to investigate nursing home abuses - where are you now? Where is the state or county attorney general? Campaigning for re-election?
Imagine the irony of that?

This is one of those moments that....(And there are many of those moments while perusing this blog)..you'd hope/wish that someone with some connections to a shadowy guy named Guido would just look at this case/situation with some empathy and genuine anger and call in a favor and just erase this bastard from the face of the planet. Just my opinion.

Absolutely. And good point about how he managed (was allowed unabated) to leave the premises with the woman. This man is dangerous to the nth degree. This bastard deserves no sympathy or mercy. Someone needs to get medieval and savage on the bastard.
My mom was in Manor Care in Illinois for a brief time. This company is DEPLORABLE! All I can say is the place looks nice, but the care is second to all. My mom ended up having seizures as a result of Manor Care mixing up her medication. The doctor on staff at Manor Care told us that she was just tired. After getting checked by her primary physician, we found out that they were seizures.
Oh, and I hope this guy is "receiving" warmly in prison.
Obviously, there's something rotten in Denmark if this guy was just able to take this woman out of the facility and return her (battered, bruised, & raped) several hours later. Maybe as this case unfolds, more details of "how this happened" will be released. For right now, I think that whomever was working the security detail that day/night should be suspended (without pay) or fired pending an investigation.
As far as Mr White, I'm not sure why we don't just execute these scumbags IMMEDIATELY rather than have them sit in jail, eat 3 meals a day, and sleep in a warm (albeit uncomfortable) bed.
