Chokoloskee, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - What is worse than living in a trailer? Renting one. What is worse than renting a trailer? Having the maniac mother-daughter pair above break in on you while you're sleeping and start beating you with a baseball bat while throwing you out.
Theresa Lee McMillan, 30, and her mother Lynn Hancock, 52, allegedly broke into a sleeping couple's trailer Monday morning and attacked them with a metal baseball bat, according to an arrest affidavit.
According to authorities, 19-year-old Amber Stevens and her boyfriend 23-year-old Blake Weeks were asleep in the trailer they had been renting from Hancock for about two months.
Stevens told sheriff's deputies that McMillin and Hancock entered their trailer at around 8:45 without permission and started yelling at them to get out, according to an arrest affidavit.
When the couple failed to act fast enough, the McMillan allegedly grabbed Stevens by the hair and dragged her out of the bed. Hancock then began repeatedly striking Stevens with a metal baseball bat, according to the arrest report.
Investigators say McMillin then grabbed Steven's purse and began rifling through it.
Both women were charged with Aggravated battery/use of a deadly weapon and burglary with assault and battery, according to jail intake records.
No bond had yet been established at the time of this report.

We're not sure how you get behind on rent for a trailer after just two months. What does that come to? $79 or so? Alright, let's say it's the double-wide deluxe trailer (which we sincerely doubt), maybe there's a whole $150 involved here. If this couple was owing more than that for a cheap trailer, then that really is more abusive than being beaten with a metal baseball bat.
Either way, there's likely a trailer open for rent now. Any takers?

I didn't see where it said they were behind on rent. Maybe the landlords just wanted drug money? Or maybe there was a sick love-triangle? Ok, I'm stretching it here, but...
