(The Weekly Vice) -- Some folks just aren't cut out for certain jobs. The cook who constantly burns the stew. The maintenance man who burns down a building because he wired a light switch wrong.
Could this be one such glimpse into such wisdom? We don't know for sure. But it's entertaining to watch an officer chase his patrol car as it runs away from him - and it's a bit aggravating that he decided to write the dude a ticket anyway.
And one more thing. No officer jogs-a-lot, we don't believe the car just "jumped outta gear."

jumped out of gear my ass. That car started rolling immediately. He put it in neutral - the idiot.
