The Party Is Over - The Highway Patrol Conducts A DUI Arrest On New Year’s Morning When Speeding Vehicle Turns The Scene Upside Down

(The Weekly Vice) -- Highway Patrol Troopers have taken a man into custody for DUI in the early morning hours of New Year's Day 2006. Suddenly a speeding vehicle swerves onto the shoulder and turns the scene upside down in a split second.

It is not known if the driver of the second vehicle was intoxicated. Despite the extreme nature of the accident, all three walk away with non life threatening injuries.
