Family Members Of Murder Victim Delivers A Little Preliminary Justice To Defendant Jason Howard During Court Hearing

Warren, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) -- Jason T. Howard, a Liberty, Ohio man charged with killing his girlfriend Jameila West and her 10 year old daughter, received a little preliminary justice - delivered by Sulthan Honzu, the victim's cousin.

The attack began on November 15, 2006 when the victim's mother patted the defendant on the head as they entered the courtroom. A court deputy bailiff reacted and took her to the floor, which caused her to scream out. The screaming brought swift entry of the rest of the family who assumed a fight had broken out.

The fists began to fly.

The mother was taken to the hospital for an injury to her back and the two male family members were taken to jail on misdemeanor assault charges.

He is also accused of killing her 3 and 5 year old children.

I would be interested to hear the final verdict if he actually did it or not. I feel bad for the guy if he has been falsely accused. Either way that was a great video. I wouldn't want to mess with either of those guys.

I can't blame any of the folks for wanting a piece of a/the perp(s) that killed, raped, etc a family member. It would take a better man than I who could sit just feet away from a perp and in such a situation and not respond in anger.

Man, you've got to admire how calm and cool the defendant is about it. People, man.
