West Melbourne, Florida (The Weekly Vice) - Dawn Van Cise, a 48-year-old Florida mother was arrested Thursday on child neglect charges after she was allegedly caught allowing her two teenage sons to grow and use marijuana inside the home.
Brevard County authorities executed a warrant to search the Van Cise's home after receiving several community complains about the house, according to sheriff's office spokesperson Lt. Andrew Walters of the special investigations unit.
Investigators who raided the home say both boys were in possession of marijuana and various drug paraphernalia. More alarming however was that the older 17-year-old son was growing marijuana in his closet.
As if that wasn't amazing enough, police also stated that both boys were already on probation, from previous marijuana charges.
"She knew without a doubt that [the boys] were growing marijuana," said Walters in response to a question regarding whether the mother knew about the marijuana plants found in her son's closet.
Van Cise was arrested on two counts of child neglect and was booked into the Brevard County Jail. No bond information was available at the time of this report.

I think it sad that some mothers do not understand what discipline is. You can love your childern and still discipline them. These kids may have never understood boundries.
One thing is forsure, you cannot break the law unless you have enormous amounts of money to hire the best lawyers in town.
