Joshua Dorothy's MySpace Profile
Warren, Michigan (The Weekly Vice) -- Joshua Andrew Dorothy, a 20-year-old Warren, Michigan man has been arrested on accusations that he distributed child porn after police say he trolled the Internet in pursuit of infant and toddler victims.
The Macomb County Sheriff's Computer Enforcement team arrested Dorothy earlier this month on August 6 in connection to online activities that authorities say revolved around the sexual exploitation of toddlers and infants.
According to authorities, Dorothy was working as a net-worker for Hewlett Packard when the computer enforcement team found disturbing photos and communications on his computer that included images of young children.
Dorothy also repeatedly posted messages on the Internet stating that he was looking for infants and toddlers, according to Macomb County Sheriff, Mark Hackel.
Investigators say Dorothy admitted to having an interest in young girls ranging in age from infancy to 6 years old. The FBI is also evaluating to case to see if federal charges could apply.
Joshua Dorothy has been charged with two counts of sexually abusive activity and distribution, and one count of using the Internet to communicate with another to commit a crime.
Dorothy was booked into jail on a $250,000 bond. His next court appearance is set for Tuesday morning in the 37th District court in Warren.

According to his MySpace page, he seems to have an interest in shows like 'Law And Order' and 'CSI'. He also says he "loves kids" but not for him. Oh, the bitter irony. You just never know who lives around the corner or down the hall from you.

What a sick and disturbed individual this pig is. People like Joshua Dorothy are the lowest most pathetic form of life the universe has to offer. I hope he gets what he deserves.

polar this isnt the first time this kid has gotten into trouble i've went to school with this guy and he got in trouble for making a bomb threat towards the school he is one wierd ass bastard
I'm sad to say I went to high school with this guy, and it is sooo creepy to find out what has happened now that we've graduated. I just hope he gets locked away.
wow...I don't even know what to say to this, I transferred out of district my senior year and a friend just told me to look him up... He was always kinda weird but I never saw anything like this coming. I'm sickened to say I was his friend when we were kids. I pray he gets locked up for a LONG time, and gets what he deserves. "An eye for an eye..."
You know I am personally close to this case and was only informed about this yesterday. It come as sure a shock as getting hit in the face with bricks. Betryal is only a start. Justice will be servered in this case in one fashion or the other.

Its kinda messed up that i knew this guy. He sat behind me in bio in tenth grade. Me and my friends talked to this guy and even invited him to our homes. Its really messed up, but he was kinda messed up himself.
