John Mucher's MySpace Profile
Hamilton, Ohio (The Weekly Vice) John Mucher, a 33-year-old Hamilton, Ohio man has been arrested on accusations that he had sex with a young child and then videotaped the abuse.
Mucher was arraigned in Hamilton Municipal Court August 20 on charges of gross sexual imposition and rape. According to the arrest report, investigators say Mucher repeatedly engaged in sexual conduct with a young child between the ages of 5 and 7 years old.
During Mucher's preliminary hearing on Thursday, Hamilton Municipal Court judge Dan Gattermeyer heard testimony from detectives that revealed new details about the alleged activities Mucher engaged in with the child.
According to investigators, Mucher allegedly videotaped himself having sex with the young girl on at least one occasion. Police say the alleged abuse began when she was about 4 years old and continued up until Mucher's arrest. Investigators say they obtained a video which shows Mucher performing sex acts with the victim, according to Hamilton Police Detective Mark Hays.
Hamilton police obtained a warrant to seize and examine two computers and various disks from Mucher's residence. Although detectives have not yet examined the computers, they anticipate that it may contain additional child pornography.
Mucher's defense attorney asked the judge to reconsider the $200,000 bond that had been previously set, and the judge agreed. But instead of lowering bond, the judge raised it to $1 Million dollars bond.
Judge Gattermeyer also found sufficient evidence to bind the case over to a Butler County Grand Jury who will now consider an official indictment against Meyer. Prosecutor Jennifer McElfresh stated however that the case is ongoing and additional charges may be forthcoming.

Hamilton (The Weekly Vice) John Mucher was indicted by a Butler County Grand Jury in mid September on 39 sex-related charges including six counts of rape, downloading child pornography, 30 counts of pandering sexually oriented matter involving a minor, two counts of illegal use of a minor in a nudity oriented material or performance and gross sexual imposition with a minor.
In other words, his twisted, sick, pedopuke arse is getting nailed to the wall.
On Monday, September 29, Mucher entered a plea and motion of innocence by reason of insanity. His bond was increased to $1 Million Dollars.
Investigators say the abuse of the child began when the girl was 4 years old and continued up until just days before his arrest.
Authorities recovered a video dated January, 2008 which allegedly shows Mucher performing sex acts on the child.

It takes an incredibly loathsome bastard to molest a child. It takes an even more grotesque bastard to repeatedly rape a child. But videotaping the abuse so you can get relive the molestation over and over? There just are no words.
If any of the details presented thus far are true, this mudslinking worm shouldn't be allowed to see the light of day until he becomes a shriveled old man....who's manhood Viagra couldn't even help. Even then, he'd be getting out far earlier than he should. There just are no words.

Spike, unfortunately the prisons are getting so populated with kid abusing punks like this, it's no longer a novelty. It's gotten to be a regular thing.
One nice thing about the internet is the fact that now, sickos like this can no longer commit their crimes in anonymity. They can be hung out in the town square so all know them for their sick activities.
Public scrutiny is sometimes the only real justice left, since many child molesters get little or no time behind bars any more.
On HIS myspace you can see pictures of his little girl. This is so scary..she looks so happy. I wonder how the Mom didn't know, though. I'm not pointing blame I am just wondering if there were signs or she suspected. B/c my husband and I share a computer and I would know if he had questionable porn on our computer.
Of course, maybe she is the one who figured it out and turned him in.

Oh yes indeed. This landfill lurking, gutter depreciating, make a toilet run away in horror - dude is getting his hide nailed to the wall.
I've updated the story with the list of charges. If Mucher wrote out all of the charges on a toilet paper roll, he'd have to get a second roll to get them all listed.
I hope and pray ths beautiful innocent child receives all of the help she needs to heal and move past what has been done to her. I am a victim of abuse and understand the pain and shame that manifest from abuse. I wish her well - to grow into a beautiful, well adjusted woman who is strong. Whoever mom is...PLEASE get your child help! Get help for yourself -your entire family. Use the resources available -love each other. What has been done cannot he undone - only healed. Be strong - I am not overly religious but spirituality is key when going through dark times. Be well - I wish all victimized by this man peace and closure. Just a thought - maybe the family would appreciate all of you "concerned" folks NOT plastering this poor little girls face all over the internet - She has enough to deal with right now. There is a reason the news did not readily supply some of the facts surrounding who and how the child was connected to this sick individual.

We are not plastering this girl's face anywhere... nor has this site revealed who the victim is.
You are all free to speculate of course - but I'd prefer it if comments refrain from pointing to any particular child as the victim. If we wanted to name her, we would have done it.
The MySpace profile is a public page that has not been set to private. While the page currently has family photos on it, there is no such page that says "I am the victim"....
I posted the MySpace page for one particular reason.
It's useful to know that a child may be hurting anywhere - even right next door to you.... and how would you know?
You could see a Dad pushing his child on a bike outside and think..."there goes a great Dad", never realizing that man was raping the same child repeatedly and then video taping it and posting it on the Internet.
I want readers to keep their eyes and heart open. Child molesters come in all shapes and sizes. Their victims smile, laugh and look happy on the inside, while inside they are slowely dying.
Keep your eyes open. Be alert. If your gut tells you something doesn't seem right, don't just dismiss it.
You never know who's life you may save.
I know this little girl. The guy was my neighbor. The little girl is doing well. She has since moved away and her family is adjusting.
I just found out about this today, and it absolutely blew me away. I know John Mucher. He was my trainer at a trucking company, and I spent six learning how to operate an 18 wheeler with him. During that time - a time during which the abuse was evidently taking place - I found him to be intelligent, hard working, and always willing to lend a hand to other drivers. I met his family, and noticed nothing unusual about the interaction there. On the flip side, I know for a fact that he suffered from bi-polar dissorder and saw it manifested many times. He's a sick young man, and being a christian, I hope he gets the phsyciatric attention he needs. He'll be punished - of that there is no doubt - and rightfully so. I'm just totally blown away that he would do something so heinous.
